I really hate to give them one star, but I had to give them something. They did a terrible flower arrangements for my brothers funeral I have never seen such horrible arrangements. instead of them putting brother and son on the ribbon, they stapled it together. If you want beautiful arrangements, please do not go to The manager was rude as hell. She didn’t even want to give me my money back, but I told her that I was going to put a review. It’s a no for me never get flowers from then again.
Our daughter from California started to use Yesterday’s Florist a few years ago and has had no issues. I have started to use them as well. I believe that the service that they provide is very good. I give this business a Big Thumbs Up!! Thanks
Was in a pinch for a boutonnière for my daughter’s homecoming date. I called this florist since I was driving through Auburn Hills and the super sweet owner said she could accommodate! We stopped in and her friendliness and kindness is exactly why I always try to support small local businesses. I’ll definitely be back again and would even drive out of my way to use this florist again! Thank you!!

Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever personally experienced with a company. Placed an online order for the FTD Glowing Elegance Centerpiece through their website on Monday, December 16th for delivery on Thursday, December 19th. Item was never delivered to the recipient on the 19th. When I initially called Auburn Hills Yesterday Florist & Gifts after leaving my place of employment they could not locate the order and said they would call me back. I called again when I got home and they were still unable to locate the order. Stated they would call me back with an update. Never contacted me again that day. I called again this morning and while I was on the phone with them they contacted two drivers who had no recollection of the order or ever remember delivering it on the 19th. It was not brought back and placed in the cooler the evening of the 19th due to not being deliverable. Again was told they would see what was going on and call me back. I called later in the afternoon and the owner laughingly stated "It was in the orders to be prepared for Saturday delivery" and that they would be preparing it right away for delivery. Called back again around 4p after speaking with the recipient to see if it had been delivered thus RUINING the surprise and she stated it was not delivered yet. Again, I called back and it was STILL SITTING IN THE SHOP. Was told they had someone coming in right away to deliver it - and offered absolutely no reason as to why this happened and offered nothing in return. Spending close to $95.00 on a delivery that still has yet to occur with no offer of customer service to speak of is inexcusable. The recipients home is 2.1 miles from the florist and yet it still has not been delivered? I could have driven 2.1 miles down the road from my home on the west side of the state and picked up the same centerpiece and drove it over myself in the amount of time it has taken to find out where and why this arrangement has not been delivered. NOT ONCE did anyone from the florist contact me or attempt to contact me to provide updates - I was the one who made all the contact and still am awaiting delivery of the centerpiece to the recipient. I contacted FTD directly and filed a "reciprocating florist complaint" stating that if this is the type of service they offer, they should not be allowed to brand themselves as an FTD florist. May also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Horrible. ABSOLUTELY horrible. UPDATE: Finally delivered @ 5:30p - what was ordered and received is GREATLY MISREPRESENTED. UPDATE: Florist never responded to the Better Business Bureau and never provided any type of full or partial refund as promised. Very poor service - will never utilize their lack of service again.
Sister ordered for me online. When recieved it was nothing like pictured. They slapped the cheapest flowers they had and delivered. They must have thought no one would find out. My sister asked to send her a picture and come to find out they looked nothing like what she ordered. That should tell you more than enough about this place. From this experience I believe every bad review posted. What a shame. Rip offs!
Absolutely stunning bouquet of long stem roses delivered during a bad snowstorm. I would have understood if it came a day late due to the weather. The delivery driver was so kind and clearly cares about her customers. I would highly recommend Yesterday's Florist.
I was so excited when I received flowers from my husband for our 20th wedding anniversary. A co worker made a joke about them not being from Yesterday's flowers but the day before. I received them on Wednesday and today is Friday and the little roses are crunchy and the one in front is completely wilted. I liked the arrangement but I don't think they were fresh at all!
They delivered the prettiest arrangement of flowers to my daughter Michelle for her birthday. Don't hesitate to send flowers from them. Reasonable prices and the quality is unmatch. I can't thank them enough!
They delivered a couple of sunflowers , a carnation and a lily to an ill friend. They were very wilted and droopy. It looked like a grocery market bouquet left in the car too long. When I finally talked to the owner, she refused to take responsibility for it, essentially saying it was my fault because I ordered it online because I don’t live in the area. She finally agreed to send a new bouquet. When two days passed without a new delivery I called her again. She argued with me again and hung up on me. They are not cooperating. They refuse to take responsibility for the bad bouquet. Service is horrible. The woman is rude and unbusinesslike. You would think she would take some pride in her work.
