We went there for the toddler play hour and our daughter had a blast. The lady was nice that was running the place. They had lots of toys and even a toddler slide in the toddler area that my daughter loved. The bathroom didn’t seem as clean but everything else was clean and a lot of fun! My only complaint is that there are no outlet covers on any of the outlets in the toddler area which is concerning. I don’t like that. So please watch the little ones.
I was not expecting anything grand from the staff given the reviews I read, but I could not have been more blown away by the entire staff. Especially Kay. It packed when we got there and she was sweet, patient and informative. We were the only guests there by the end for free jump and she made us feel like a million dollars. She must own the place with how much she treated us like family! Give this place a try. For $15 a kid for free jump it is an awesome activity for a cold winter weekend! Thanks Pump it up!
Quite organized and the kids had fun. I am not the planner so unsure of cost details. The "adult" food was quite good. The kids loved their pizza!
We had my child’s party here. The lunchtime was extremely disorganized, their workers disappeared, didn’t serve pizza, didn’t clean up, I had to ask her to blow up the king chair. I paid for the ultimate package which includes ice cream, they never served that. It was literally a mess. Jacob the manager on duty was useless, he had zero control over his staff. This party cost 723.00 and it was a disaster. Im calling the corporate office and will let them how awful the staff is in auburn hills. You get a completely different experience at the one in Shelby. I highly recommend you don’t go the auburn hills location.
It was nice, the first room got kind of boring. Pretty quick as there is not that many things to do, but the second room was pretty nice as it had the night mode and a lot more activities seems like. Nice cake cutting room as well.
Last year we celebrated our son's birthday here and it was amazing. This year the quality dropped a lot! I noticed several times the staff being rude to my guests and the guests from another party that was on the room next to mine. The worse for me was when my kid the birthday boy was told by one of the employees "put the toy now back in the basket and leave, you have to leave now". There's several other points but I won't comment here. It's sad to see a very fun and special place lost que quality like that in one year.
The facility is great, but the staff was not today. Typically places like this make it super easy on parents by guiding the activities. On our occasion today the attendant was very hands off, and the birthday boy had to open his presents in the parking lot. Had the folks working the party been more hands on, and engaging with the party this sort of thing wouldn’t happen.

We visited the business for our nieces birthday party. The concept is great for party but the status really have a "whatever" attitude with guests. The take the gifts and dump them into a bin to hold for the actual party. You go from room to room and to are timed for how long the kids play. Then you go to the the last room for pizza and cake. There you open the gifts. It is all very rushed.
From the beginning I knew things weren't going to go well... The staff didn't seem motivated, they let us in late for our party time in the first room, then kept us longer in the second room and cut our time short in the party room. My 4 year old son wanted to open his gifts while we were eating and the host came up to me and looked at her watch and said "you aren't going to have time to open up your gifts" and walked away. When I went to gather my party items I brought I then noticed they never brought in my balloons and had them tagged for another party. Several of my guest went to the bathrooms with no toilet paper, puke in the sink and a staff member just spraying air freshener. When the boss was called by a staff member we were then told there's nothing they can do about our issues. My son had fun but not Worth the money. Highly do not recommend.
