RUDE! I visited this store for the first time on 9/2/23 as I'm not from the area and was just there for work purposes. Before I entered the store I checked online which stated that the store closed at 9:30. The hours posted on the door at the store also said they closed at 9:30. I walked into the store at about 8:50ish. As soon as I walked in there was a girl who worked there near the door who loudly said "oh my god". There was a guy by the register who greated me. A few minutes later the guy made an announcement. He stated "the store will be closing in 2 minutes so go ahead and get what you gonna get". I was unaware until that moment that the store was closing at 9 instead of 9:30. Perhaps a member of management or who ever is responsible could update the hours on the store front and online to reflect the actual hours of operation.

I love this store!! The staff is always friendly and the deals you find here are great. It's a nice place to go in and have a look around because you never know what you're gonna find at a great price.

I love this store. You can always find a good deal, especially on the clearence racks. Also after holiday or seasonal times you are sure to find something. They also have great deals on toys for the holidays. Check this place out, you won't regret it!

Very disappointed in my last visit, don't know if I'll return. I've never had a bad experience here until Nov 1st at 5pm. We were in a time crunch and there were 10 people on front of us and 4 people behind us. After waiting 10 minutes and there still being 6 people in front of us we thought we could run next door and grab what need from there and return to a quicker check out line. We left the line walked to front and I asked the manager cashiering if she could this coat on the back counter for me, we would be back in 10 minutes. She said " hold it for what" and said just for a minute while I run next store. Then she said " NO, I cant hold anything" I said what do u mean just set it right there and I'll be right back. She said "if I hold anything I have to fill out a bunch of paperwork and I'm too busy". Wow!!!! I had words, but at least I can keep my composure when overwhelmed. That manager shouldn't be working in customer service if she cant handle multitasking and the pressure of her job. ONLY BECAUSE I had my 13 yr old daughter did I very bite my tongue and place the coat back on the rack. YOUR WELCOME BURKES

Called to find out if they have heated hoodies. The girl that answered saud I'd have to come look cause she had a line. It was 2:59 pm! She couldn't answer the damn question. She could say all that but not yes or no....

Depressing and hot. I don't know when retailers stopped carrying real dress pants for professional women, but it is so sad that we are too lazy and not disciplined enough to have a button, a zipper, snd pleats on pants that actually fit!
