Went in around 6:30pm on a Thursday night. After making my selections, I went to the Fitting Room only to find out it was closed?!?! I walked around to find someone to assist and open the Fitting Room...no one was found on the floor. I called the store using my cell phone. I heard the phone ringing in the store. But, no one answered. The only other option to trying clothes on in private was to use the Bathroom. By the time I got in the bathroom, others were in their doing the same thing. Additionally, the store was cluttered and the checkout lines were lengthy and there were only 2 cashiers. Such a waste of time.
Update .. Still horrible and insane prices for example the puma men jogger pants at Costco 14.99 they sell the same one for 24$ !! Still products on the floor as you see in the pictures.. Over priced especially the shoes and winter jackets prices are out of this world... not organized and you feel the merchandise are thrown everywhere
A lot of inventory, you can find almost everything here, from clothes to healthy snacks, condiments, home decor, beauty products, higene products, toys, EVERYTHING.
I like that I can still find quality cotton under garments for my soon to be adult son there at a reasonable price around $10 - 12 for a pack of 3 or more items of the same type. I'm not a big fan of always going to the big W..mart for most things or orderg on A..zon another corp welfare comp. I like competition.
I love this place always find good stuff here. Especially last minute baby shower, birthday and wedding gifts.
Love this location the staff is friendly and they always have a lot of good merchandise the only problem is that i’ve been here like six times and somehow they always seem to leave a sensor on one of my items!
Well today i was next to register no 1 at 10:58 pm the Cashier she said register is closed ,she refused to take my stuff ,she said iam allowed to do that even if we close at 11 pm ,she was very racist was that because iam Arab ? Thx burlington !
Horrible service don't go there unless you have 2 hours wait in line. I seen 4 people walking around the floor who were employees. The dumbest management possible is there. If you got employees walking around why couldn't they ring people out?????????? I seen at least 6 people leave the stuff they wanted to buy. They walked out .at least $3000 worth of sales were lost in one hour I just can't believe they can run a store with no thought process. . WITHOUT CUSSTOMERS. NO PAY CHECK. HOPEFULLY THIS STORE WILL BE CLSED SOON. THERES LOTS OF NICE STORES MOST OF THERE STUFF IS BROKEN ANYWAY.. AND THEY CHARGE FULL PRICE.
Im not one to usually post and complain but its a Monday late afternoon & the line is ridiculously long and theres only one employee.. Alot of people were leaving the line
Line is crazy love don't have enough people on the register's line was so long LOST OF PPL JUST WAITING the manager was sitting in the back not helping to get the line down an this was on July 2,2022 at 3:50 been in line for 15mins SMH this place needs to Nura... Please hire help FAST...
