I absolutely love my experience at A.F Tinley Park! I specifically worked closely with Vikki and I really appreciate her professionalism and honesty. I had a hard time making decision based on the best washer dryer for my family of 6 and staying within my budget. Vikki is so knowledgeable and really helped me with listing my current pros and cons for the equipment I already had at home and after that, I was able to make a decision on what I wanted. I most definitely look forward to coming back for other household items. So grateful for the help!

Until my most recent experience, I had loved this store. I have made several purchases and was pleased with the service received and my purchases. My most recent experience was horrible. I purchased two mattress sets with delivery. It was confirmed at the time of purchase that the items were in stock. Day of delivery I received one complete mattress and a mattress no boxspring. No one from the store bothered to inform me ahead of time that one of my boxspring wouldn't be delivered. This I found out from the delivery driver at the time of delivery and we were told to call the store. I called the store and was told that my boxspring that I purchased had been sold to someone else. The store was searching another store to see if they had one in stock. I asked if would be able to get the boxspring today as pre-scheduled for delivery or at least this week. I was informed I would have to wait another week for it to be delivered, because their delivery drivers weren't delivering in my area until then. This was no mistake of mine, yet I'm being forced to wait another week because it is inconvenient for the delivery team's route. I was inconvenienced due to a store mistake and inconvenienced more because of the stores refusal to correct their mistake in a more timely manner. I was told by the person I spoke with that "mistakes happen!" and despite my pleading it was made clear during the call the store was unwilling to make any happen for me this week. I'll throw in as well that I only live 20 minutes from the store, but I would still have to wait another week for the stores mistake to be corrected. I asked to speak to a manager and was informed that the manager was on a conference call. I asked when would the manager be available, or the best time for me to call back. I was told he would still be on a conference call that day and would have to call me back. I've yet to receive that call from the manager and had to call the store again today. Backstory: These beds are for my brothers with down syndrome who I have become caregiver for this past year. Our Mother died last June and they had to come live with me, as they can't care for themselves. I finally was able to move into a larger home that allowed space for them to have their own bedrooms again. My desire over this past year was to make them feel at home with us and them feel comfortable as they process their new reality. I have been planning for their bedrooms with new furniture for a year now. I purchased their bedroom sets elsewhere but came specifically to American Freight for the mattress set. I was so excited to finally see my brothers settled into their new home, only to be blindsided day of delivery. Now I have one brother able to finally sleep in a real bed and the other brother upset because he has to sleep on an air mattress for another week or on the mattress delivered on the floor. This is probably no skin off their backs, but American Freight has lost a customer in me. I will never shop there again. #Frustrated,Disappointed,andSad
Our salesman Fred was a beautiful soul. He was extremely helpful. We purchased a full apartment and we were out in less than a hour. We have all ready recommend our family and friends! Thank you Fred!
I bought a new washer and dryer from here and have never used the fancy newer units. The salesmen did his best but it was a lot to absorb all at once. Thankfully they have an A1 delivery team! Dave and Will kept me well informed come the day of delivery and even called to see if it was ok to come an hour early! They were extremely efficient taking only 15 minutes to remove the old units and install the new ones. Dave even helped me go through how to use both units again! Absolutely the best delivery experience I have had 10/10 would use again!
Dave & Will were thee absolute best!! Very professional and customer service oriented!! If I could have given them 8 stars I would've. My sales person was phenomenal as well!! My stress level was at an all time high before shopping at American freight. Thank you for making my shopping experience peaceful and awesome from in store to delivery & installation !!!
