Every time we come to this store the fitting rooms are always closed. the only ones available are on the ladies side but those are also closed.. is it just my luck?? when is the best time to shop and try on clothes??? that way l won't regret shopping here....smh if there was a half star or even a 1/4 star. I'd give that one instead
Took my daughter in law on a shopping spree. We had so much fun! She was actually able to find her little size no problem and she got a ton of new super cute things! While at the register I jokingly said to the cashier "please push the 50% off button this is a lot of clothes and shoes!" The cashier pulled out a card and gave me 15% of my whole cart of clothes and shoes! Saved me almost $50! I left stunned that was so awesome of her! Both of us were so excited about the new wardrobe that my daughter in law had just gotten and at such an amazing price! I will definitely say they are the place to shop! Love them
It needs organization. I used to love the way it was arranged but now it's just a warehouse and I have to hunt to find most things. Prices are still great though.
This location doesn’t deserve a 1 star, the staff is always gossiping with each other including management instead of opening registers. The line will be full of people to where it reaches mens shoes area and only 2 registers open. The employees are some of the slowest people imaginable it’s as if it’s a requirement. Truly the worst shopping service in the valley. Do better with hiring process. The employees have zero personality.
Lines were crazy long! Considering it is good Friday. They went pretty fast. Got out in about 30 mins. Sales associate had great customer service skills. Over good experience.
Burlington customer service has gone down the tubes. From the Harlingen location, to the Brownsville location, to the Pharr location on Jackson. Lines are ridiculously long, with only 2 cashier's open. Harlingen location had the lines wrapped around and the manger playing with the snacks set up right in front of the registers. She could see the line of people waiting and not jumping on a register to help for over 25 minutes, because I was timing her. Burlington do better. Waiting in line for over 30 minutes is just unacceptable.
Went to this store yesterday and the bathroom was super filthy! Toilet paper used all over the floor dirty paper towels all over the sink no soap in the soap dispenser and it smelled horrible! Then the line was super long I wanted some shades and a blouse and I did not purchase it I got discouraged because I was not fixing to wait in a line that long for two items. Those poor cashiers man!
It’s as clean as it possibly can be. There are nice things you can find sometimes at a good price. Somewhat friendly staff.
Ok. I went there with my wife and we seem to always find what we need and get what we want. They have this carnival style snake rounded path thst leads up to the registers that is full of cool nifty items that makes you not care that you are at the very end of the line and we usually end up buying something from that area... Nice Ride... very impressive....
Here shopping and now in this long line waiting to pay, they can't seem to get enough employees at registers. Why? Let me answer that question for u. Its because at the end of the day its about maximizing profits!!!! Less employess to pay keeps labor low. More money in their pockets.
