My friends and I stopped by this Burlington on our way back home because we had to use the bathroom. Little did we know that the bathroom would be on the 2nd floor until I asked someone. After we found the bathroom, we were going to take the escalator down but it was broken so using the elevator would be the next option. There was a long line for just the 1 elevator they had so we walked out the door to go to the parking garage to use the steps there to go to the 1st level. I was able to walk around the store while looking for the bathroom. The place is organized and had tons of stuff but if you go to the 2nd floor then you'll get stuck.
Lots of hot working women in the store...that's my main attraction
A lawsuit waiting to happen. Tripping hazards left and right. Clothes, hangers, and shoes all over the floor. Their loss prevention team has zero tact in doing their job and create an uncomfortable shopping experience. One of their staff thought it was a good idea to sweep under the rack I was browsing.
They have great stuff at great prices. The key word is PATIENCE. Lately they have been short-staffed and it can take up to half an hour in line on weekends.
This store has very little selection and not an employee in sight they claim to have size 12 shoes but they do not they claim they have great prices but the store is trashy it’s very upsetting. The store has no circulation. I finally found one store clerk and he pointed me back to the children’s section for a dress how sad
I gave this place 3 stars because they do have nice things at a great price. Most of the time it is organized and customer service has been good so far. However when it comes to the elevator it is ugly, noisy, old old, slow smells dusty, dirty and it looks unsafe.
I just went with my dad to the store and the cashier named the Emily was hitting on him. It was gross and creepy she was wanted a review so here it is. While He bought me a sweater and a cute Santa outfit.
I do like Burlington's always a hit or miss when you go but usually find something good here. This one is a nice one shop here often.
I love going here since it is budget friendly. They have great clearance items too. Its like bargain on a bargain. I just hope they have alot of good items to choose from. Also check the items thoroughly before you pay for missing/deffective parts
I was looking for my wedding suits and went to two stores before here. They didn't have my size but this one had it with unbelievable price for Tommy. Just please leave more cashiers in there. I was on the line more than 30 minutes in 1 pm weekdays!
