Fat-blasting, 45 minute workouts, FREE childcare, unlimited camps, nutritional guidance, and 1:1 focus meetings with head trainer. This program is designed to help you achieve your goals with the support and encouragement from group fitness atmosphere in a personal training setting! Our camp times are offered Monday thru Friday at 5:30am, 6:30am, 8:30am, 9:30am, 10:30am and then again at 4:30pm, 5:30pm & 6:30pm (NO 6:30pm camp on Fridays) Evening camps are coed. Saturday Camp times are 7:30, 8:30 and 9:30 am and are COED. *Childcare provided for members at 8:30/9:30am
