Rude she told me I can’t get information from them because I don’t get prescriptions from them that a lie because that the pharmacy I use for my prescriptions and they’ve delivered to me and when I’ve gone to pick up I’ve got my prescriptions from them and I bought things from them in the store like Tylenol and pads and I got my kids prescriptions from them to the fact that she says she can’t give me information because I don’t use their pharmacy. That’s a lie I use their pharmacy.
Update: Sometimes it is still hard to call them but things have gotten better. The staff are pleasant and really try hard to help you even if they are busy. They have a big collection of bandage material and if they don't have something I need, they will order it. I buy bandaids there because you can get larger quantity at a lower price than most stores. They have a wide range of McKesson products which I find are very well made and most of the time cheaper, Ever since the place was sold in 2020 the pharmacy has gone down hill. I used to love going in their because most of the staff was pleasant and your prescriptions were filled fast. Even though we were battling covid with the previous owner they managed to still take care of you quickly. Since the new owner has taken over it is impossible to contact them by phone. Not only have I had major problems with no one answering the phones, a pharmacy of mine was trying to return a call from Burns. I was standing in the store and absolutely no one would answer the phone from the pharmacy. I was there for over an hour trying to get my issue resolved and finally after all that I had to walk away without my prescription because they were closing. I live way out of town and have quite a drive and they absolutely refused to help me. I also need to mention I spoke to one of the pharmacist earlier in the week and was promised they would take care of the issue and I would be able to pick up the prescription in a couple of days.
There were only 2 customers in the store when i arrived. I had to wait 45 minutes for my prescriptions that they received the morning on the day before. I am disappointed at how quickly the quality of service at Burn's Pharmacy has gone down since a new owner took over in June 2020. We were told they would no longer fill my elderly mother's prescriptions because she uses another pharmacy for some of her prescriptions. The owner's official reason for this decision is because it affects their monthly "numbers" in reference to certain narcotics. What happened to serving the community? What happened to caring for the patient? It sounds to me as if this business is choosing it's customers it's willing to serve over building ties in within the Antelope Valley. I am more than happy to take our business somewhere else. The quality of service is not worthy of the 1 star that I had to give them for this review.
I like this pharmacy. Very convenient and easy. Free delivery with your prescriptions.
Said prescriptions will be ready in 30 min ...came back not ....told me to come back at 2 hour and a half later ...not ready ...told me to come in at 3 ...meanwhile moms in pain w soars that need her creams and medicines. I'm trying to convince her to use another pharmacy...tired of this place wasting my time and gas....just be honest and say it wont be ready for 3 or 4 hours and save everyone the frustration and inconvenience. My mom also told them she needs the easy open tops because she cant open the other ones and they forget. People are not rude at least so got 2 stars instead of 1
I’m so very appreciative for Burns Pharmacy. Every time I have to request prescriptions, rather refills or if a Representative from Burns Pharmacy have to contact the prescribing Physician, the order gets done. Not only does it get done, it’s done in a great timely manner. Also, if the prescriptions are faxed to Burns Pharmacy, they are on it right away. I love the fact that when I have to pick up my order, it’s calm and not crowded. Though it’s not a “HUGE” commercial pharmacy, Burns Pharmacy and all the staff members make you feel like you are a part of the Burns Family. I would refer all who are in need of a pharmacy to Burns Pharmacy. I thank you Burns Pharmacy, ~Bridget~

Worst place ever hope they get put out of business they lie and make false accusations don't deliver your medicine when they say they do instead deliver the one medication you Said not to deliver ZERO STARS
I have been with BURNS Pharmacy for 3 years. The Pharmacist's are extremely Professional and the Customer Service is excellent. One of the reasons I switched is because of long lines at Chain Pharmacy's but not at BURNS Pharmacy. I have never waited for my prescriptions more than 5 min and they have Free Delivery which is very important. I would like to Thank Burns Pharmacy staff for their Outstanding Service to our Community. I highly recommend them.
This pharmacy is always so quick and the people who work there are always happy to help you and take care of you to the best of their ability every time. The manager is always on the floor and is there to help if there's a problem she normally deals with it personally and gets to the bottom of it within a few minutes, she's amazing. I have never had a problem getting a prescription there and even if they don't have something in stock they'll order it for you and have it ready for you the next day due to the fact that they get shipments every morning. I highly recommend this place.
