I enjoy this apartment because they renovated it back in 2018. I'm doing my best to keep this apartment as is, no painting the walls no new renovations. I'm undecided on whether to stay in Minnesota or go back to Indiana where my baby sister and my ex-wife lives. My current landlord is wonderful to me. She's younger than me but beautiful. I miss her golden retriever, Bemidji. In the meantime, I'm here.
The courteous maintenance personnel promptly replaced the led bulbs in my dining corner, kitchen, and hallway. Thank you.
Rachel is amazing, she is friendly and professional. Her staff and the residents are also all very nice. I have enjoyed living here. The location is hard for me however the peacefulness makes it worth living here.
I am well comfortable with my apartment , Rachel is a sweetheart and knows how to dwelt with her tenant on the property.and the maintenance brian is very reliable on the units that need to fix
We have had some issues living here but since speaking with both management and regional management we have been able to resolve things. Improvements being made to building and to the units. Great location, decent price for our unit. Some neighbors can be frustrating but that’s apartment living.
There have been 2 fires in less than 2 months one has been caused by the facilities dryers and the other by a tenant. The building has since made it mandatory that all residents have renter's insurance which is really a good idea considering the place's history. The pool outside has had dead rabbits and squirrels in all drain traps this summer making it a health hazard to swim in the pool. So life insurance / health insurance should be mandatory as well. The hallway carpets are disgusting and the design is outdated 70s or 80s style carpet and cheap cabinetry are in the apartments. You will pay for electricity, garbage, water. heat, air, parking, etc... Your guests need a parking pass to park in the lot overnight otherwise their vehicle will be towed. Rent will be increased by hundreds every year you stay here. This truly isn't a very tenant or guest accommodating place. Best wishes and regards.
The management is good.. I will say the maintenance is awesome. But there are ALWAYS police around for one reason or another. Someone put a foot long scratch in my car. Someone else broke into my boyfriends a week later. Let's not forget about the 9 cop cars that showed up and a crime scene investigator, I can't seem to figure out why. And yet they still haven't put any cameras in the parking lot and refuse to let me move out early even though I don't feel safe anymore.
The chaielsy don’t how spell name she great and wonderful
