Horribly disrespectful maintenance I have never been so berrated by someone living somewhere my entire life. Also this place is ran by Thies & Talle property management which is a horrible company that owns many apartment complexes in the Midwest area. Absolutely cold and soulless people run it. I wasn't the perfect tenant however, no one deserves the way we were accused and treated. Got an email while at work from a property manager threatening to evict us if we didn't remove our grill of the porch when we pointed out that we didn't have a grill on our porch she basically said "oops wrong apartment". In my opinion if you're going to remain somewhat professional make sure you have the CORRECT place before threatening someone with an eviction. The biggest issue for me is the property management company who runs this place stay away, they ruin their properties like prisons.
Rude maintenance man and property manager. Constant inspections to the point where it feels Invasive. Didn't feel like home at all. The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors doing everything in their homes. The parking lot services in the winter are terrible if your car cannot make it you are pretty much stuck there untill 2 pm. The manager gave a showing of our town home while we were sleeping!
Loud residents, disappointing management, and poor construction. The residents above me and next to me were extremely loud at all hours of the day and night. When brought to the attention of management and continued attention, they threatened to serve me with a harassment complaint. I couldn't sleep, nap, or work from home due to the noise. Also, in the winter, the parking lot is NOT plowed in a timely manner. You were stuck in your garage or in the parking lot for well onto a day before the plows would come and they did a terrible job at the upkeep of the parking lot of snow and ice during the winter.
