Burritoh

My kids love BurritOh! My review was due to a terrible customer service experience from someone that I don't even think works there anymore. The experience stems from an incident close to closing where even though the door was opened the person behind the counter still serving customers told my family the business was closed. Then I perceived this employee to laugh as I turned and walked away. If I'm not mistaken, it was exactly closing time or 1 minute past, and I did not appreciate the perceived laughter especially when the door was open and customers were still being helped - in line. I'm not trying to troll, so as we continue to eat there in the future I'll consider changing my opinion based on customer service received by future interactions.

1 star because it will not let me give none. The concept is great. The follow through is very lack luster. I have never been there when all ingredients were present. Today I went there because I was not feeling my packed lunch , and they tried to sell my a veggie bowl with only onionsbecause they had no other vegetablesnever-mind the fact they are in the same parking lot as a grocery store. Go to one of the million other Burrito spots, at least you are likely to get all the ingredients.

I have been here two times and it was a mediocre experience both times. They do have quite the nice selection of meats and Mexican options, however not having some of the toppings freshly cooked and put on hot does lend me to think that the quality of the burrito is lower. The service is great, but I'm not sure I will be visiting again.

I don’t know but that’s a hateful bunch you have in there this evening. The young lady running the register was a doll but the two preparing food were short and snappy. Guess I was interrupting their smoke break but between the batted eyes, the slopping of my food in a bowl and the short sarcastic “what do you want” as if I’m running a sprint through the options seemed a little much when we were the only ones in the store. Ownership can do better.

This is a buffet of ingredients for base dishes of nachos, tacos and burritos. Ingredients were fresh, portions were generous and delicious. Especially impressed with guacamole - fresh, well seasoned and one serving was at least twice what I have gotten in other restaurants as a serving. The smoked jalapeno sauce was a wonderful surprise, just a hint of jalapeno heat, not overpowering as is so often the case in other places. Staff very friendly and eager to help negotiate in the assimulation of each dish. Each serving could easily have been a shared meal for two.

The food is super basic. If you're going to have a buffet style made to order burrito, make sure the ingrediants arent old or the place isn't dirty. Rice was hard, flat top looked like it was used but never scraped. Staff was lacking all the enthusiasm of feeling welcomed. Never coming back.

The meat is soft and not chewy Fajitas are perfect queso isnt too spicy for little ones give decent portion of guacamole delicious salsas This place is sometimes better than Chipotle. yeah, I said it.

We liked it for lunch while in working on a local project. Friendly staff. Everybody smiling. Fresh ingredients and generous portions. Over all, I would have lunch there again.

Fresh, amazing selections to build your burritoh. Grilled Chicken, Steak, Canitas pork, fresh Eggs as well. The Nachos are fantastic as well as the Corn Tacos. The staff is very professional and the restaurant is very clean.
