This place is terrible, I'd give it no stars if it were possible. I went to this place to have a horn and an air compressor installed and boy what a nightmare it has been. The first time around the technician wasn't sure of what he was doing and wound up mixing up wires that resulted in my compressor nearly blowing up. There was smoke all over the place. I wound up taking a loss and purchasing a new compressor being that it wasn't purchased from them, mind you the installation fee was $250.  Days later, I came back with the new compressor, everything was installed and seemed ok. The next day, nothing! The horn stopped working. I have gone back to this location on 5 different occasions because something keeps "blowing out" or needs to be replaced, and each visit requires an installation fee of $75. After the 5th visit, I was told that a fuse and a relay blew out so I had them replaced. Literally 2 hours after I left the store the horn stopped working again and I'll be making another trip to this location for the 6th time. Save your money and go somewhere that'll provide you with quality service the first time around! This location has inexperienced technicians as well as staff that will string you along with all kinds of sales pitches, just to make a quick buck. Please be aware of the okie doke!

One of the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. They did a job for me Tinting my windows And messed up the defrosters and my rear window. When I went back and told him that they messed up on the job they wanted to take no responsibility after I was told that all I had to do was keep my receipt if my defroster wasn't working; after I expressed that the worker was doing the job incorrectly. Long story short is that I don't go to mom-and-pop shops like this one if you want the job done right! And if you have a concern and they said that they'll fix and make sure you get it in writing even though there still probably not do anything for you but at least you can hire a lawyer.

Worst place to get auto sound equipment or services. The auto sound technician charged me 80 for a used Bass for my 10” enclosure on a Nissan 350Z, after driving off the bass burned out in 10 minutes. I went back and they offered an exchange for a rebel bass speaker for 40 dollars more. After 2 days that burned out. I bought a kicker online and it has been working perfectly. The only issue is that the adjustment made by the technician is causing issues with my amplifier. Beware, this place offers no refunds, exchange or warranty in all their products or services. This was stated to me by the general manager. I was very upset and currently I have a petition at the small claims court to recover my money. Save your money, time and headache for something else.

This place is irresponsible and dont own up to the faults and play stupid. I pay for the to put in the double din radio, speakers , amp and rear cam. Sounds simple right but it wasn't, his worker opens shop and the owner only shows up to collect payment. I warn him that if anything goes wrong like last time I would come for some of the money back. I leave and come back only for him to play dumb for breaking the shifter on my car and I was left to go to the mechanic shop next door cause he left my car and his worker out of the shop so he can close and leave at 2, mind you the car wasn't done. People, you are better off going to proline or a place that has more than one worker and they know what they doing. Dont take the short cut cause you might be paying more.

I had them install a backup camera for my car and they charged me like if I bought the camera from them and over charged me for the installation . I will bever come here again and I don't recommend them either. The guy who installs the equipments if too open abiut his drinking habits and his sniffing cocaine as well. Too much information for just wanting to install my equipment.

They are a bit expensive but they did a very descent job. If money is not a issue they get you what you want really fast and well done.
