Friendly people helping customers, the guy who helped us explained us everything about a tower of led lights that we bought. I did not remember his name , but he was latín. Great prices and wonderful and modern equipment offered in the store
My friend had order some speaker from this company man they did him wrong they send them the wrong speakers and still blame him of putting the old speaker in the box and lost 262.30 dollars and they did not do anything to help him out so he lost those 263 dollars and did not get what he ordered man this really suck I hope this has not happened to anyone els ………
Don't ever leave your money here. The owner, I think his name is Mike, is just a vile human being. I heard a single interaction he had with an employee who did nothing wrong and I've never seen anybody so degraded in my life. The experience of hearing this man degrade and insult one of his employees in front of me while the employee was helping me was embarrassing to me. No man should ever speak to another man in this manner, especially someone you trust enough to work for you. Mike spoke with true malice and hatred in his heart. He wanted to inflict as much emotional pain on this employee as possible. It was truly disgusting to watch. He almost made the poor guy cry. I've never seen anything like it in my life. I don't care how much I need with this man has in his store, leaving my money here would leave a scar on my soul for all eternity. I can't believe the universe allows for people who are this wicked to reach any level of success. The man who owns this place is bitter and rotten to the core. He probably lives a good life but nothing will ever be enough for him. I'm just disgusted at what I saw here.
I had ordered the DDJ-800 from their website, was called after to be told that because I ordered late Friday, they couldn’t ship it until Monday and I would get an email with tracking numbers and everything but they had it ready to go and even asked if I also wanted a case. Waited until Monday afternoon, hadn’t seen anything, called and was told they don’t have that product in stock. After calling 3 more times, someone finally told me that nobody put it off to the side after I ordered it and they sold it to someone else on Sunday. I purposely picked them because they had this in stock. I bought the last one, and someone else got to take it. The only reason I’m not giving 1 star is because the gentleman that tried to help me seemed genuinely sorry and took responsibility.
Mike and staff worked with me to create a great deal on a new RCF speaker system for my DJ business. Great service, communication and great package deal pricing Highly recommend VIP Pro Audio!
Talked to Mike about getting RCF Evox-12…. They were all sold out everywhere and on back order until March. They weren’t the lowest price but Mike gave me an internet deal with cases and no one else had them. Got shipping confirmation in hours and arrived in 3 days. They were very nice to deal with and would buy from them again. Good people and they seem to carry a lot of good stuff…

This is the place to go for all your car audio needs its been my go to place for a long time sam is the man to ask for
Do not waste your time here. They asked me to come to store for purchase instead of shipping since I live within an hour of the place. Finally get there, and they did not have the product in stock- took them 30 mins to tell me that while I waited patiently, even though they assured me twice over the phone that it was in store. Severely disorganized, stay away.
Ordered off Newegg thru these guys. Had some problems but Shai helped me a great deal over the phone. Excellent service, spousidly sent the package straight away. Just placed the order now so still hasn't arrived, will update.
