Class Schedule:
Co-ed Hour of Power: Mon, Wed, Fri: 6am-7am
$10 per class
Cardio focused class guaranteed to boost your metabolism...while everyone else is sleeping, we're Bustin Fat!
Kid's Fit: Strength and Conditioning: Mon & Thurs 5:30-6:30pm
$5per class
Get your kids up and moving this summer...guaranteed to get them in tip top shape and ready for Fall Sports. Co-ed class, boys and girls-all ages-welcome!
PM Strength and Conditioning: Mon, Wed, & Thurs: 6:30-7:30pm
$10 per class
Combination of cardio and strength training exercises...build muscles while you Bust Fat. Class will incorporate basic boxing skills and group activities.
Sunday Speed and Conditioning: Sunday 6-7pm
$10 per class
Class designed to increase your speed and cardiovascular conditioning-two crucial components of Bustin Fat!
