I intended to make changes to my wedding band and thought I would check them out, well what a let down! I needed to stop in at UPS next door so my husband went to Buttross to wait for me. He was greeted by a salesperson who shadowed him like he was a potential theif! If that wasn't bad enough this older lady came from the back and demanded that he pull his mask down because he didn't want to be sprayed by her! She didn't say what she intended to spray him with; but one can only imagine. My husband is recovering from a quadruple bypass surgery and feels like wearing a mask is a good idea until he is fully recovered. I definitely will not be doing business with them and think they need to retire and close. No one should be treated so rudely!!

Wow what a great family shop. Same owners for decades. I stopped in and was helped by Louise, the Buttross' daughter-in-law. She was incredibly helpful with my many questions and I feel totally comfortable using them for my jewelry needs!
Family oriented place with super nice employees. I’ve gotten vintage jewelry repared and appraised here a few times. Both services were affordable and done in a timely manor. They also offered to clean my jewelry for free that was not brought to get fixed or appraised. Great service and great people. This is a great local business that I highly recommend!
Not much of a selection in jewelry. They are very friendly here and willing to help you with what you are looking for. I went to see about getting a ring resized. They must do a great deal of repairs because the time I spent there, most of the customers were there to pick up jewelry repaired.
