Interesting store. Buying a gift for a great great nephew we were impressed with the store and layout as well as over all selection however they didn't have enough selection for boys 6-9 months in anything but blue. Hope they look at customer buying habits as the days of pink and blue only have changed. Regretfully we could not find anything so that's why only 4 . Parking is good as is easy in and out of the parking lot. If you have a baby, grandchildren or any new baby births let this be one of your favorite stops.

I would highly recommend that anyone come to this store.  Kay helped my husband and I pick a stroller and car seat that was perfect for us.  She was super helpful and very knowledgeable about all the products and she also encouraged us to create our baby registry with the store.  She really made an overwhelming process easier. Staff is patient, nice and go above and beyond to make sure all questions have been answered. Both Phillip and Azerika have helped me multiple times and has always been a pleasant experience. Look forward to seeing them during my visit at the store.

Came to buy buy baby to see strollers and car seats in person before making a decision for my first baby. Malik was knowledgeable and very helpful. He even went out of his way to get down strollers from the third row for me to try out. I feel much more confident in my decision now after learning from him. Their registry process is also very easy.

I am a first time mommy-to-be and had several friends suggest to make the drive from Savannah, GA to Jacksonville specifically for a trip to this store. 100% worth it! Phillip and his team were extremely helpful! They went above and beyond to make sure any questions I had were answered. Phillip was knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure my needs as the customer were met. In fact, he exceeded them. This store has anything you could need for your little one! Would 100% recommend! Thanks Phillip! Cant wait to come back!

Very disappointed.  I ordered a rocking chair and ottoman on Jan 1st.  It finally arrived to my house yesterday.  I do not blame Buy Buy Baby for the shipping delays but the lack of communication is really why I am giving them 1 star.   When we bought the chair, we were never told about a $150 delivery fee!  With my wife being 8 months pregnant, it wasn't really feasible to go pick up the chair from the store and carry it up the stairs in our house.   We also were never called when the chair arrived at the store or given any updates along the way.   We called the store every 3 weeks to get our own status update and it was on one of these "Check-ins" that they said "oh yea your chair arrived.  it will cost $150 for us to deliver it or you can come get it".   TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I went in today to get some stuff for my baby and Phillip told me I should register and gave me so much advice. He and a lady working in the breast pump/clothing area were so helpful. I’m a first time mom and need all the help I can get. I definitely will be going back! They had everything I wanted and the staff is GREAT! Definitely my new favorite store!!

While shopping for a friend's baby shower, I went in to Buy Buy Baby around 6:30 on a Friday night. I was really pleased with my experience, the staff was friendly and helpful. The lady who printed the registry also checked me out, and she let me know about their coupon policy with Bed Bath and Beyond and I could get an adjusted price if I brought in my coupon within 90 days. She also pointed out the complimentary gift wrapping and boxes. Overall a really good experience!

Absolutely do not want to return, felt humiliated while I hadn't even been in the store for 1 minute and an employee followed behind me in every isle, every turn. I was shopping for my nephew but I will never return , my cashier was amazing. Nevertheless I did not enjoy my experience at all.
