This practice is fantastic. My needs are always addressed to my satisfaction. Both Dr Kirk and Gina Kirk FNP-C are compassionate and concerned for my well being and top level care. Dr Kirk took care of my husband who had chronic conditions and referred him to the best Specialists . He could not have amazed us more with his knowledge and was our choice for years of care even while my husband was waiting for a liver transplant. The staff are remarkable and I never had a bad visit!

Dr. Kirk and Gina are great. 5 stars to them! I saw her most of the time and she was very thorough and conscientious particularly with women's health. I had to move so regretfully will not being able to see them anymore. Their staff-maybe 0 to 1 star! I am trying to get my medical records and cannot get anyone to return my call. I have called 4 times this week and no one ever returned my call. This is typical and has happened numerous times. It was near impossible to get someone to return a call for refilling prescriptions even though you punch a line for prescriptions or a line for records. Looks like to me someone could call back at some point of a 5 day week or during their 2.25 hour daily lunch. I just want to know what I need to do to obtain records since I have moved out of state!!

Dr. Kirk and Gina are great BUT it's very difficult to actually talk to someone . The phone message states their hours are Monday thru Thursday from 9-5 with Lunch from 12-2:15 and Friday from 9-12. The sign on the door states Thursday the afternoon office hours are 2-3:30 and phone hours are 2-4:45. I need to get a copy of a receipt and arrived at 4:30. Doors are locked and no one answered the phone when I called.

Horrible establishment!! They never answer the phone... EVER!!! If you are moving here from out of town DO NOT choose them as your primary care physician!! I needed just my labs done and they literally didn’t even ask the doctor if I could have them done so the girl at the front desk was just like You should probably just go to the med stop ... so i just had to go to the med stop Because they turned me away and I am a establish patient with them...

Convenient location. Open mon-thur with a half day on fri, closed on the weekend. The staff is courteous and efficient and know their jobs. Dr Kirk and his wife operate an efficient practice that sees a lot of business.

Great medical care and customer service. Recommended

I love this place. Dr. Gina Kirk is who I see and she has a great bed side manor.

I really like the staff there they talk to u help u when u have a promblem and they make sure u get stuff done to feel better and they are really good people there
