Dr. Jennifer Choate graduated from Oregon State University Veterinary College in 2002. After seeing many pets suffering from congenital defects and preventative illnesses she has developed a strong interest in preventative medicine. She has a husband and three dogs; 7up and BlueBerry Australian Cattle Dogs and Prince a Rottweiler, who are all active in AKC shows. Dr Choate is an avid student and in her spare time has completed a Masters in Business Administration and a Masters of Arts in Religion.
Kimberly McKay has been a veterinary technician for 10 years. She was awarded Technician of the year in 2010 by the OVMA. She has been breeding Australian Cattle Dogs since 1997. She is dedicated to the health and temperament of the breed. Her desire to ensure quality dogs in her breeding program and the lack of BAER hearing test facilities in the state of Oregon led her to start the first mobile hearing testing facility, C.A.R.E.
