Description

Echo Hollow Veterinary Hospital is here to help our community and beyond with complete medical, surgical and dental care for our patients, including cats, dogs, rabbits, pocket pets, and even the occasional avian and reptile. Our hospital is locally owned by doctors that have been in this area for over 40 years. We are one of three clinics including Veneta Veterinary Hospital and Forest Valley Veterinary Clinic. We are excited to be offering our skills, dedication, and services to the Eugene area!

Dr. Kenna is so awesome! She took her time and helped my anxious dog, Loxie feel more comfortable. The team worked hard to get Loxie in right away after a laceration from a grooming accident became infected. Dr. Kenna answered all of my questions and helped me make an informed decision about my dogs care. She cleaned up the wound and gave us a chance to let it heal open so that my dog didn't have to undergo anesthesia. She has a calm demeanor and was so kind and gave me choices. I'm very happy with the care we received.
I've been taking my pets to echo hollow veterinary since they opened. The team there is filled with excellent veterinarians, great interns and thoughtful receptionist. They have grown to a bigger practice and are much busier today. Be patient and give them the consideration of responding to your questions in a timely manner. They truly care for our pets
This place is hectic. But there's a reason for that. It's because they know what they're doing and are trusted vets. They are very kind and empathetic folks who respect you and your fur-babies needs. This being said, it is sometimes hard getting into see them for emergency issues since they are not 24/7. I do appreciate their online system for obtaining appointments. It's a lot easier than trying to get a human drs appt let me tell you ha! I have been taking my dogs there for over 5 years after trying many other places around Eugene. Echo Hollow is my vet choice after seeing how some other places operate around the Eugene/Springfield area. Dr. Tre Gildersleeve is the bomb!
We brought in a feral cat with a serious nose issue, she was in need of help and everywhere we called or had gone kept telling us she probably be turned into animal control and euthanized. Echo Hollow Staff and Doctors were professional and caring and gave us honest facts without taking her away. Thank you guys for everything you did for the cat.
They are amazing! I would give them 10 stars if I could. I had went to an emergency vet a town over the night before and was told they could help me for $6800. And like most people i didnt have the cash in hand so they charged me money for a quote and when i only had 2000 cash they sent me out the door with not so much as a good luck. Already on borrowed time with my dog and her condition I was unable to get my dog in anywhere and it was a Saturday. I explained my situation to them and that my dog didn't have another day to wait, let alone 2. But at this point only one place said they would see what they could do to fit my dog in. But it looked unlikely. So I had gave up and went home to spend the last of the time I had with my dog and prepared for the worst. When I got home I laid down next to my quickly fading companion and started to say my goodbyes. But then I got a call from a friend that said Echo Hollow Veterinary Hospital needs you to call them right now. So of course I did. The owner was coming in on a Saturday his day off to do the operation on my dog. So they had me bring my dog in right away. Within a few hours my dog was no longer knocking on deaths door. And I was able to pull together the funds to do so as the bill there was much more reasonable. In fact less than I was quoted when all said and done. They truly care about the animals they help and have earned my gratitude, and business for life. The Manley Family is eternally grateful to you Echo Hollow Veterinary Hospital and staff. Echo Hollow of Eugene Oregon has been my veterinary clinic and hospital since covid. One of the few, who did not turn me away in my time of need. Thor was my first to trust with Echo Hollow. Since then they have attended to a minimum of six dogs from my safety animal center.
My cat isn't dead I promise it's how dramatic he is at the vet. Echo Hollow has been treating our aging kitties with lots of professional and customer service friendly attitude.Being around people who are passionate about their job shows. They are patient and answer all your questions. Thank you Echo Hollow!
We want to thank Echo Hollow Clinic especially D.V.M. Jessica Link and staff for kindly helping us through a quality of life issue with our pet of 14 years, Bink. We will definitely refer them to friends and family. We are grateful to have had their professional and caring help in our difficult decision.
I've been going to Echo Hollow for years now and I've only had good experiences. The staff is fantastic and sincere, and everyone seems to do their best to make sure the owners are well informed and the pets are well cared for. Though with the great service and staff there is, of course, some downsides: all the demand can lead to some pretty hefty wait times and scheduling difficulties. On top of that, Echo Hollow is not a cheap place for pet care, so be prepared for a routine check-up to run into triple digits. But all that being said, I would highly recommend it as your first pick for pet care. They will do everything in their power to make sure your pet is getting the treatment they deserve.
One of my cats recently had several teeth extracted. The staff, vet and support staff, were kind and caring, and thorough in explaining the procedure and aftercare. They took excellent care of my cat and followed up the day after surgery to make sure my cat was doing well. I highly recommend them. A bonus is this clinic also has extended hours so allows some flexibility in making appointments.
