On December 10th, 2002 in a small field on the south side of Oberlin, ground was broken and construction started on our 4800ft² main building. In the fall of 2003, the Coolbaugh's of Amherst, Ohio opened our family business. C&C Sales & Services, LLC was originally opened for the purpose of used automotive sales, service and an authorized UHAUL rental location.
During our inaugural year we customized our first golf cart and things have never been the same since. Thanks to the Cash 4 Clunkers program we had found our calling was not in used cars but building high quality golf carts for any use and on any budget. This is when we became fondly known as "The Golf Cart Place"
In the spring of 2008, we decided to expand our outdoor equipment product line and became authorized dealers for Dixie Chopper, "the World's Fastest Mower."
In 2010, we found the need to offer storage solutions for our customers' needs. Carolina Carports, Inc filled that need by providing carports and custom built-to-order steel buildings to suit any need, from a gardening shed to an airplane hangar, we'll get you covered.
In the beginning of 2012 we seized the opportunity to take on 2 more of the best, American made and owned, mower brands. Bad Boy Mowers and Ferris Commercial Mowers to round out our unmatched lineup of high quality, efficient and durable zero-turn lawn mowers making us, "The Zero-Turn HQ."
