Only great things to say about Matt and his crew from Rockwood. Matt helped me plan a within-budget kitchen refresh. They installed floors, countertop and backsplash in my kitchen. Everything was done well, and right on time -- they were able to give me exact install dates for each thing a month ahead of time, which made planning really easy. Matt was really helpful and very responsive all the way through the process, checking in at each stage. Looking forward to working with Rockwood again in the future! Photos including a before -- Rockwood did the new floor/countertop/backsplash; I did wall & cabinet painting/lighting myself.
Matt and his team are wonderful to work with. From my very first phone call, Matt worked with me on a very personal manner from taking me to the countertop place and assisting in my choosing of a beautiful countertop choice, to setting up measuring and installation times. He constantly was checking in with me about my order and then made a follow up call to see if I was happy after the countertop was installed. The whole process was flawless and I would definitely do business with him and also recommend him to my friends.
Absolutely LOVING our new shower from Rockwood Flooring! From our first step into the showroom with Matt Martin and ironing out all of the details, to having Mike working in our home for the week doing exemplary work, we are thrilled with the outcome of our new shower and granite sink top! We couldn't be more pleased and will definitely be tagging Matt Martin in on our next home project! Amazing customer service and incredible work ethic! Rockwood was referred to me by a neighbor and I'm so glad I got the recommendation. Start to finish - the process was painless for us as the customer, AND affordable. Matt was incredibly responsive and very easy to deal with no pushy sales approach - straightforward, direct, transparent, helpful. The installer Mike was equally as lovely. Quick but thorough, and so detail oriented. Had tiny scissors he used to meticulously blend the carpet seam, and even did several passes of cleaning and vacuuming to ensure our room was "ready to use" the second he left. and he was patient with our insane dogs. HIGHLY recommend Rockwood for any flooring needs you have.
I am so glad that I chose Rockwood Flooring to update my floors. My consultant Teal was super nice. She spent a lot of time with me to pick the right color flooring to match my kitchen cabinets. Greg and Alec, my installers, were fabulous. Their quality of work and expertise were phenomenal! I absolutely love my new floors! I highly recommend Rochwood Flooring for your next project!!!
We had our floors and then kitchen counters and backsplash done by Rockwood. We worked with Matt both times. Matt is hands down the most professional and reliable individual I have ever met. When he says something will be done, it gets done! My floors are absolutely gorgeous and we couldn’t be happier! Our back splash and counters are stunning! Dan did our back splash and he was wonderful to work with. Professional and courteous, he made our kitchen beautiful. I would highly recommend Matt and his team to anyone!
My new house was the third project that I have done with Rockwood Flooring. I count not be happier with any of my experiences. Matt helped me figure out what floor and the tile for my new house. He knows the products and the processes that need to happen. I would recommend Rockwood Flooring. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

what a great experience working with an independent contractor and local business. Rockwood made special accomodations for my timetable and installers were both professional, neat, and courteous..would definitely recommend Rockwood flooring..so much better than previous experience with big box stores
