Spectacular customer service and craftsmanship! Andrew and the team at Chrysella restored a ring I inherited from my grandmother after she passed. They were able to size and clean the piece, restoring it to its beautiful original state. Everyone I encountered was honest and knowledgeable about how to care for the ring. I really appreciated that they did not attempt to overcharge me and have a jeweler on-site who can not only check the ring they worked on, but any jewelry you need checked. This is one of the best businesses I have ever worked with. Andrew, the owner, and his colleague Asia, could not have been more helpful and responsive throughout the ring buying process. I bought an engagement ring from Chrysella, and I procrastinated so that there was only 4 weeks before a trip to Europe where I planned to propose. Andrew and Asia worked with me, including customizing the ring. Andrew met with me multiple times in person, explaining every detail of the ring selection process. He even dropped off the ring at my house the night before I needed to leave on my trip. Working with Chrysella made what can be a scary process, the easiest purchase I have ever made. My fiancée loves her ring.
My husband wanted to upgrade my engagement ring and Chrysella did a fabulous with the custom design I had in mind as well as resizing and resetting my previous ring with a new sapphire stone. Asia was personally attentive, really listened to what we wanted, and kept us updated throughout the entire process.
