Description

Chiropractic is a unique health care approach that begins with analysis of the spine and posture and focuses on the restoration of joint alignment and movement to allow the body to function at it's maximum potential. In addition to treatment in the office, there is a heavy emphasis on home exercises and posture re-education to ensure continued success of the re-alignment and the least potential for a relapse.

My baby was transverse at 37 weeks pregnant and I was desperate to get him head down to avoid a c-section. I was a bit hesitant of going to a chiropractor at first, but Dr. Jensen was highly recommended and proficient in the Webster technique. They were even able to schedule me for a same-day appointment. I enjoyed every one of my visits with Dr. Jensen, and our baby boy was born head-down! just a few weeks later. I can’t recommend Dr. Jensen highly enough. Great experience with an even better outcome!
I have been going to Dr. Jensen for about one month. I came to her office because of chronic back and neck pain I have suffered for more than 10 years. In my first appointment, she took enough time to ask me questions about my past injuries and symptoms, to examine my spine and x-rays before diagnosing me and suggesting a treatment plan. She even called me the next day to ask how I was feeling after the first adjustments! My treatment consists of three visits a week, in which she performs adjustments and gives me exercises to do at home. Only a month later, I already feel much better, I already notice the improvement in my posture and the pain has significantly decreased. Dr. Jensen is very friendly, approachable, never rushes through your appointment and always takes enough time to answer all your questions. Her assistant, Yvonne, is also very friendly and helpful. Overall, I am really happy that I found Dr. Jensen and will certainly continue to be a long-term patient.
My first interaction with Dr. Jensen was a result of a terrible problem I was having with my neck. I travel for a living and have to drag a bag and briefcase with me on and off plains, trains and automobiles. The pain and discomfort grew so bad after going through physical therapy, pain shots in my spine that I was contemplating surgery when a friend told me about Dr. Jensen. I had never been to a chiropractor before and was nervous but was in such discomfort I went. Within 3 months of seeing Dr. Jensen 3x per week and doing what she told me to do at home, I had no more neck pain. It was gone. Unbelievable really! Now I see Dr. Jensen1-2x per month for adjustments until I threw my back out recently. I was in such pain - if you have ever had back pain you know what I am talking about! Within 5 days Dr. Jensen helped me again. no more pain! Dr. Jensen is probably the most competent Doctor I have ever had. Competent in knowledge, bedside manner, accessibility. She is terrific really! you'd be doing yourself a great service if you started to see her!
I was suffering from daily crippling migraines. After seeing Dr. Jensen and creating a care plan, my headaches have completely disappeared, my posture is better, and my quality of sleep has improved immensely. The office atmosphere is spa-like. Dr. Jensen and her executive assistant, Yvonne, are absolutely wonderful and I look forward to every appointment because I leave feeling relaxed, comfortable, and overall amazing.
Superb chiropractor!!! Dr. Jensen has a wealth of knowledge and a natural gift for isolating sources of pain and making adjustments. She is very patient with my bad memory and never condescending. Her office assistant/guru, Yvonne is pleasant, organized, and fun to chat with. Give yourself a few extra minutes on your first visit to find the office. It is in a large multi-office doctor’s townhouse type complex, directly next to a Kaiser Permanente lab, but they have separate parking lots. And the office is very child-friendly whether your child is the patient or is accompanying you. On your initial visit, she offers you the option to take a prescription with you to have x-rays taken wherever your insurance pays for them. Then you can go back to the radiology service to pick up your x-rays and return to Dr Jensen. If you’re lucky they can be emailed. But I think it’s worth it to pay out of pocket and apply for reimbursement if any. If you let Dr Jensen take the x-rays on the spot, she does her measurements and calculations and can give you a more comprehensive first treatment right then and there. As most first-time patients are there because of pain, this starts your relief right away. Currently May 2018 Google Maps is is slightly off where it places C2M. Dr.Jensen is simple AWESOME .I finally got a chance to go see her since I had my daughter.I have been complaining of back pain more or so just tired .Dr.Jensen did a full examination and proceeded with the treatment plan.When I got home instantly my body literally gave way to much needed rest.The next day at work I was so relaxed and focus even my mom noticed in our daily conversations. Keep up the excellent work Dr.Jensen,I will surely return to your office. I recommend Dr.Jensen to you.
I am an active 78 year old male. I have been a radio and television producer/director/writer for most of my life and remain active in that community. I also teach full time at a community college and maintain a cooking blog. All of this keeps me on my feet much of the time although standing has become increasingly painful. At the age of 77, I have lost almost five inches in height since my thirtieth birthday. MRI’s showed moderate to severe compression in the lower back and scoliosis, with a moderate curve in the upper spine and a more severe curve in the lower spine. Two years ago my doctor asked me to consider surgery for debilitating back pain. However, my brother still suffers from unsuccessful spine surgery done ten years ago. I went on the Internet and found that there is a high rate of failure in back surgeries. It’s not that the surgeons aren’t good, it’s because it’s difficult and frequently impossible to identify the exact source of the pain. I consulted with a pain specialist who gave me epidermal shots two weeks apart, but they did nothing to reduce the pain. As part of his program I began physical therapy, but the clinic they recommended was not terribly helpful. A daughter recommended finding a chiropractor. It was last place I could go. Why not give them a chance, even though I’d always thought of them as quacks? I looked for an individual doctor rather than a clinic, and I wanted someone with a good amount of experience. I am very fortunate to have selected Dr. Jensen. In six months with her my pack pain has gone away. We began with two sessions a week and then one and at this point I am going every two weeks. My CIGNA health plan covered the entire cost and Dr. Jensen’s office did all the paperwork. Wise investment on their part. She might have saved the cost of back surgery! Am I pain free? Not entirely, but most pain is now located in the muscular structure of my buttocks where exercise and self-massage, under a carefully structured program, can deal with it. I am getting stronger and more pain free every day. What makes it all work for me, is Dr Jensen’s diagnostic skills and her thorough explanations of why the physical therapy works.
HI YOU PATRONS OUT THERE!!!, MY EXPERIENCE WITH DR. CHARLLOTE JENSEN WAS EXTRA-ORDINAIRE, WAY BACK IN '98/99, IN CHEVY CHASE, MARYLAND, SUFFERING FROM AN EXCRUCIATING BACK PAIN AFTER SURGERY IN 1997. THE FIRST TOUCH FROM DR. JENSEN'S HANDS WAS LIKE A MAGIC WAND. LITTLE BY LITTLE THE PAIN WANED TO APPROXIMATELY 85%, PRIOR TO MY DEPARTURE FROM THE USA. YOU BET, SURGERY IS GOOD, DEPENDING ON ONE'S PECULIAR SITUATION. WE GOT TO ADHERE TO THAT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE THOUGH, TO BE MINDFUL OF OUR MOTIONS & MOVEMENTS AT ALL TIMES SO WE AVOID THE RELAPSE OF THAT PAINFUL MOMENTS THAT IMPACT ONE'S LIFE SIGNIFICANTLY. DR.
