All items are soy and gluten free except sprouted grain lavash option, which we have a substitute for. We are almost completely raw, featuring 2 cooked soups daily (winter) and some cooked grain salads (quinoa, rice). A plethora of amazing raw desserts which are made using low glycemic sweeteners, no cane sugar.
