Recently bought a Grand Highlander from Beaver Toyota. We live out of state and were connected with our salesman, Austin Fort via an online chat. He immediately contacted us, asked us what we wanted, and then called us about a week later with some options from their allocation list. He was incredibly responsive and very helpful. We reserved our GH at the beginning of October and took ownership of it today. We drove it 2.5 hours home with no issues, and Austin even checked in on us to make sure we had a safe trip and to answer any additional questions. Highly recommend! Thanks, Austin!!

I am editing this review three years later. I have bought two 4Runners with Beaver Toyota. The lobby is very easy to work in and there’s creative spaces cut out for privacy. Free coffee and water and a little bistro if you want to buy something. Huge inventory of cars and salespeople I’ve experienced are working for your needs not just the sale. I’m here every few months to do my maintenance, it’s not the cheapest but it is by far a valuable overall experience.
This is one of the nicest dealerships I’ve been to, Blew my mind for a Toyota Dealership. I’ve been to luxury vehicle dealerships all over including Range Rover, Ferrari, Porsche ect and I’ve found it better then those high end dealerships, this is by far the best for accommodations, service, customer support and pricing. Not to mention when I call to have my vehicle serviced I don’t need to give any information they know who is calling based on their customer logs and knowing my phone number. I get a hello Mr.Eure are you bringing your 2020 BMW in for service. Where as others I have to usually talk to 2-3 different people then get put on hold and hope to get an answer for a simple question. I’ve purchased a lot of vehicles over my time from several dealerships and I give them a 10 star in every department! I also want to give much thanks to Tim Autry, My sales rep. He was very helpful in any questions I’ve had. Also by providing his work cell phone number I could easily communicate with him for any needs and even took the time on his day off to come to the dealership almost a year after making my first purchase there to bring my wife’s Mercedes in to get an appraisal for trading it in. If your planning on buying I would recommend asking for him when arriving he was very helpful in every aspect and made us a priority! And unlike most salesmen he was more worried about the best options for our situation then selling a vehicle! That’s hard to find. Thanks Tim!
Well overdue but back in May Scot Edwards helped me with my purchase of my 2020 VW Tiguan! What a HUGE help he was!! He made the entire process easy, quick, and it was so fun working with him! This is such a great dealership. No one enjoys having to sit and wait several hours for their car to be serviced, but doing it at Beaver Toyota is actually a comfortable experience. They have tons of seating, a cafe with excellent food choices, coffee and water. It made the waiting not so bad. Love how much they care about their customers.
This is the nicest dealership I have been to. Had a tune up done on my 4 Runner and had to come back a couple days later for an adjustment. The second time I decided to bring my lap top and work there for a while. Great spaces for guests to sit by a fire, grab something to eat I had a GREAT burger and take a few calls while I waited. I'd hang out there even if I didn't have my car serviced!
I just bought myself a 2019 4runner and could not be happier with my purchase! It is an incredible vehicle, and I love it so much. Nick was an absolute sweetheart to work with, so attentive, so thoughtful, so helpful! So much so, my husband, then also decided that he needed a new car too, and also got himself a 4runner! I think it’s safe to say that Beaver Toyota is pretty awesome :
My experience was wonderful, thanks to Kevin Kerth! Kevin was thorough and professional. He took a genuine interest in my needs and desires and provided me with much valuable information to help me make an informed decision. When it came down to purchasing the car, I had a maximum amount to spend and Kevin put forth much effort to meet my needs. I loved the way he was so "human," which has not been my typical experience at a car dealership. Thanks also to Patrick, the supervisor who made the numbers work for me. Andrea in the Finance Department was extremely helpful as well and provided me with information about the economy in addition to all of the details pertaining to the monetary transaction. Overall, it was a great experience and I will certainly recommend Beaver Toyota to anyone looking to purchase a car.
