Great coffee shop with a relaxing vibe. Be here over Starbucks any day of the week and you will be happy!
Looks like a cool place. But the "Open" sign was lit and I was disappointed when I walked up on a Saturday morning and was closed. Bit misleading.
Awesome place to meet, caffeine it up, and talk with a new friend! And they are a non- profit organization I was told by a lovely barista....
This is a very good coffee establishment with good high quality coffee with good prices. They have amazing staff who are very hard working and would definitely recommend for a nice place to chill, work, and have meetings. I would definitely check this place out if you're in the downtown area!Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: Yes
Great quirky coffee shop with lots of space to hang out. Large downstairs area set up to be extremely kid friendly with plenty of toys and even a slide. Doors on all the rooms so children's noises won't disrupt other patrons. Friendly staff.
Coffee barista was super friendly and hot chocolate was delicious! Wish there was a few more kid toys older toddlers too, but I understand not wanting the hassle of picking them up. Lots of space and nice atmosphere! Will be back!
I took my little 2 year old here this morning and it was great! Very clean! The area downstairs is great to let your little ones play while enjoying coffee or tea. Their chai tea was delicious and spicy too. My little one really enjoyed the little house where she could climb and go down the slide. They have chalk boards, puzzles and toys. We will be back!
Went here for the kids area. In the basement. Creeky dark narrow stairway leads to a cold, dark, dingy basement. My daughter did not want to go in the play area the whole hour we were there. It didn't have a bright, warm, inviting feel. It could've used music or SOMETHING. Even the couches weren't great. The cushions kept sliding out of place. Sorry cafe 225 : I wanted to love you. Your staff were great! The $3 hard-as-nails cookie I got my daughter was not.
Wonderful atmosphere, several places for meeting others and a play area for the kids downstairs with tables for moms to chat over coffee. It can take a few minutes to get your order, but the wait is worth it. They also offer gluten free items from Coquettes bakery down the road.
This place used to rock! We'd bring our team here once a week where we'd enjoy coffee and meet in one of their meeting spaces. The coffee was always great, moderately quick and fairly priced. In the past three months things have gone down quickly with new staff, new pricing and new policies- they don't even serve large coffees anymore! The coffee is still good, however your wait time will far outweigh the taste of your coffee, the customer service will have you walk away wondering why you bothered and your wallet will remind you that you've just paid a fortune to experience crap. It's too bad, it used to be a highlight of our week.
