Owners, Nicole and Maurice Cochard came from France to the U.S, when Maurice was recruited to be the head chef of a Four Star French restaurant in Colorado.
They were the original owners of the popular local restaurant, Le Delice.
In November, 2012, they opened Cafe Francais in Tucson, Arizona, a French Restaurant and Patisserie,
Nicole is the creative genius behind their amazing French pastry creations. She began her apprenticeship as a child in her family's bakery in France.
