Cafe Virtuosi’s state-of-the-art barista coffee machines are manufactured to exacting calibration and espresso certification standards by Bianchi, one of Italy’s premier espresso system manufacturers. Our machines produce authentic espresso, as if you had your own personal barista in front of you. We carefully select our Arabica beans and custom calibrate our machines to dispense the exact amount of ingredients at the precisely optimal temperature to make a perfect beverage each time. This includes perfectly measured bean quantity and pure distilled water. Our carefully chosen bean blend is custom ground to order for each cup dispensed.
Our products and services are environmentally friendly producing minimal waste. By using fresh whole coffee beans, we’ve eliminated individual packaging so there are no vacuum packs of pre-ground crystals or pods that can be easily stolen or need to be disposed of. All coffee grounds are removed and composted. The use of individual sugar packets is discouraged. We encourage the use of ceramic or reusable mugs in place of disposable paper cups.
By supplying good coffee, there is no need for coffee runs – eliminating idling at the drive-through and commute times, thereby improving employee and customer satisfaction and business productivity.
Cafe Virtuosi offers multiple beverage options from black coffee to espresso based drinks such as cappuccino or latte along with tea and hot chocolate.
Machines are available on a vending basis (cash, debit or credit) or monthly invoicing. Some customers want to make coffee available free of charge to staff, others to customers only, some to both. We are more than happy to review your needs and develop a customized beverage solution for you.
Various pricing models are available which make Cafe Virtuosi a highly desirable and extremely competitive service for your office or business. We do not sell or rent our barista machines. We own them, install them in your workplace, and stock and maintain them—and you simply pay for the use, on a per-cup basis. We offer our full service on a free introductory trial basis.

ESPRESSO IS THE BASE FOR ALL SPECIALTY COFFEES
The ultimate espresso is a short and concentrated coffee drink produced by passing hot water under high pressure through freshly ground beans. Cappuccinos, Lattes, Americanos and the finest traditional cups of coffee require a machine that can produce this rich espresso. The only coffee systems capable of producing this are traditional espresso machines, which require individual expertise and the collection of JBC ‘bean to cup’ systems which provide a perfect cup – at the push of a button.
CREMA
Crema is the initial light/tawny colored liquid that comes out during the espresso extraction. It is what causes that ‘Guinness effect’ and is the hallmark and one of the key elements of determining a premium brewing procedure. All of the JBC dispensing systems create this indicator of excellence – cup after cup.
