Great customer service, Victor the guy you'll see once driving in always greets me nicely, and knows what wash I go for. Not the cheapest but that's calabasas prices, amazing value bringing my car back to life.

I always get great service at the Calabasas auto spa. Having a big black, four-wheel-drive, dirty truck, I challenge them every time, and they always come through.

Got the VIP wash today. Not great. Clearly didn’t pay any attention or care. Disappointed.

This place has been exceptionally good until today. My family and I have spent about $1500 here in the past 12 months on our three cars -- $45 yesterday on a Mercedes SUV, $40 this morning on our EV. This morning the guys didn't use the pressurized air along the door panels, trunk, hood, etc. so the car was still dripping when they handed it back. The car also wasn't very clean and I commented on that. The guy in charge came over and told me that they don't use the air hose on the Silver package they always have in the past and the website says they do -- and this is as clean as I can expect the car to get unless I pay for the Diamond or VIP wash: i.e. the car will still be dirty ?!. When I expressed disappointment in the job done he asked how often I clean the car. "Every other week" is the answer -- and the car is garaged every night. I wish he would have just acknowledged that this wasn't their best work, because then I'd have hope that next time it might be better. But the stubborn pushback makes me think something has changed at Calabasas Auto Spa. As I got in the car he offered to wash it again I had already indicated I was pressed for time: so maybe he knew it was a bad wash. All in all, very disappointing.

I happened to be in the area this morning around 9am and decided to stop by. My husband frequents this car wash spot often but this was my first time. It’s located in Calabasas and situated on the corner of Calabasas Road and Parkway Calabasas at the Shell gas station. When I arrived there were already plenty of patrons however, I didn’t have to wait at all and was serviced immediately. I asked the gentleman who took my keys, how long it would take for the premium car wash and he quoted me 25-30 minutes and trust and believe—it was literally a 25 minute wait. They did an exceptional job. VERY detailed and had my BMW X7 as good as new again. The guys were very professional and friendly and it looks like I’ve found a new car wash spot!

Nice place, friendly and they do a great job. However, my advise is to bring a snack, bring a meal, bring a pillow, bring a book...it takes an unreasonable amount of time to get a car wash. I have been using them for years for all of my vehicles, but an hour is a little long to wait. Can’t blame a business for being over busy, but it will give me motivation to look harder next time even if I have to drive.

I had being there 5 years ago and back then decided this place was ..way overpriced..unfortunately today I was needing a wash and the gps send me to the closest , since I was passing by decided to go in . I requested to specifically just clean floor carpets and mats .. we agreed on a price ,then 3 hours later the floor carpets were dirty still , they say the agreement was just for the mats … but for a $100 more they will do it quickly ..crooks

Convenient car ash and auto detail in the calabasas area. The guys work hard and prices are reasonable. Has a covered seated area while you wait for your car.

They do a great job. Very clean result. But whether they’re busy or slow it takes forever. I can’t think of a time I’ve spent less than 50 min. waiting in the 4 years I’ve been coming here.
