DO NOT GIVE THIS WOMAN YOUR BUSINESS. There are literally 4 other nail salons in the vicinity, I advise you go there. This was my first time here -- Aggressive owner, poor service, poor quality and way overpriced. My review does not reflect my nail artist, Diane, as she was very sweet. This is a complaint at who I am assuming was the owner, who was trying to lock up...it was late, I was the last appointment of the day I did make an appointment, shop closes at 7, I wasn't there any later than 7:03 and I was being rushed out by this other woman...Diane was being thorough with my nails and taking care of me, the assumed owner, was not only hovering over her, rushing her so she could close, but when Diane asked if the blue light had gone off, I pulled my hand out to activate the light turning back on and this woman physically grabbed my hand and shoved it back in the blue light. Not only that... She told Diane to get up and go get her things and then very aggressively poured finishing oil on my hand and started rapidly and roughly attempting to massage my hand, I actually winced in pain and pulled my hand away. Then proceeded to charge me $60 FOR A FILL!!!! A fill that has since chipped in less than 12 hours. Price withstanding, you cannot treat human beings this way, let alone paying customers.Service: Nail cut & filing

I had a manicure this Sunday. These pictures are from Tuesday and they already look this awful! The paint is lifting from my nail. Will never go there again.

Always friendly & clean... Diane is very patient love her! & Leeann is great w/design... she put 2 little flowers on my toes... Fully staffed ... little wait time...

Kelly is great manicurist. I think she is one of the best around.I have been with her over a year, but I am bummed because she could not stay off her phone and just focus on my nails. I was there for 30 mins and she talked on the phone the whole time. Sadly, my nails look awful. I am sorry, but if you can’t stay off the phone to do your job, you don’t deserve my business.

Absolutely a terrible experience. I've been to this location a number of times. It's never been mind blowing for what u pay.... Short of the long .... I went in for mani-pedi service and I left with an infection. The person cutting my nails clipped my toenail 90% too short.. A little painful but nothing I haven't experienced before on my own. The following 2 days my toe was purple. It turned into an infection that lasted a good month. I went in for a manicure and pedicure. Walked out With a toe missing a nail, paying a 70 dollar tab, and a month long infection. Go elsewhere

I had an acrylic fill done and I was very unimpressed. I asked her three times to file the lifting acrylic away and she had an attitude to do it, by the third time she still hadn’t filed it away completely and I’m left with bubbles under the acrylic. Besides that, she didn’t push my cuticles back, the acrylic stuck to my cuticles and it’s already lifting after a few hours. She filed my nails badly, I had to ask her twice not to file them on the sides and she kept doing it. I eventually left it, paid and went next door to buy a file and filed my nails myself. It does not look good at all and I’m going to go to another salon to get it completely redone because this set cannot be saved.

Kelly is great for nails. However that’s about it. Nobody else really knows what they are doing. They have a lack of colors. They are pretty pricey. I only go for Kelly so hopefully she never leaves.

They did a horrible job on my nails! I kept telling her to fix it. She kept saying that it’s fine! When I, as a paying customer asked her to fix it, she argued that it’s fine. Avoid this place.

I’ve been coming to Kelly for about 5 months now. She does and amazing job! My no chip last for weeks and I never have issues with peeling.

These people are so incredibly rude. They were so rude over the phone that we cancelled the appt and didn’t even come in. I was told over the phone that someone would wait in the salon to give my friend and I a peticure, only to find out that person just decided to go home. Horribly unprofessional and just flat out rude. Do not recommend.
