Small business please read and understand how their services work. When I first ordered a Clarke floor scrubber they sent me one that was used but I paid for the new pricing. They attempted to pass this off to us as new but I took photos of the areas that show that this was probabaly a floor model or refurbished machine and had to speak to the VP to get this resolved and he wasn't the most helpful person. Second issue; New floor scrubber in use for only 2-3 months. The machine kept breaking on us and we called to get service. this machine was worked on multiple times and was down for months because parts weren't available. Manny the VP kept telling me he would get back to me and weeks would pass by. I kept calling and they got me a solution which was to give me parts from one of their existing machines. I was charged for all the service calls for the machine that was under warranty that has been in service for less than 3 months and has been having issues almost from the time we started using it. Yes, I am aware of the charge that we paid for the time that we didn't cancel the order. That wasn't an issue. It is an issue for charges for a machine that was very new that hasn't worked. Dissapointing just wanted to make sure people knew how customer service has recently been handled.
I switched our auto scrubber maintenance over from the manufacturer to Caliber for all 14 of our dealerships. Not only is Caliber less expensive up front, but their preventive maintenance and the quality of their work results in far fewer service calls. Caliber is actively looking for ways to improve our processes and make us better. They are also pleasant to deal with. Thanks for all you guys do. Great experience ordering parts. They are quick to correct any mistakes on their end and satisfy their customers. We originally purchased a floor machine from them and now we use them for replacement parts like brushes and hoses. Great pricing all around and fast shipping on the parts. We will continue using them for as long as we have the machine and we will probably purchase our next machine from them as well.
