California Closets

I originally scheduled an appointment with the hopes of hanging all of my long dresses, pants and coats in my closet. I was informed that CC only sell systems and that would not be possible. We ended up settling for floating cabinets we thought. Instead, we paid over $2k dollars for shelves. They look nice but once you open them you realize there are no backing. This was never discussed. I purchased floating cabinets from CC in the past and I thought I was getting the same style. I we were informed that we were not getting backing I would have passed and installed shelves for much less. I shared with a neighbor who was interested but I will now have to explain to her that these are just shelves. Not happy after all.
