I had an appointment on Friday at 5pm End of day with Cacho whom I've had a prior tattoo with which worked out fine and I was happy with the service. I messaged Cacho on instagram the only form of communication he accepts at 9:30am that same Friday after I saw my doctor earlier that morning, because I wasn't feeling good and it turned out that I had strep throat and it was highly contagious. I told Cacho that I didn't want to risk him or his staff catching it and I would love to reschedule at any time of convenience for him. Cacho showing NO CONCERN about my health and only concern was that it was an inconvenience for him and that he wished he had known beforehand so he could have replaced my spot with someone else and now it's wasted time for him and money. I am also in the business of selling a service which can be frustrating at times when clients request to reschedule but there's a certain level of professionalism you need to show on special circumstances like these. I had NO INTENTION to cancel/reschedule my appointment and I thought I was doing the right thing by informing him. I even offered my number to speak if he wanted to and see if we can come up with a better solution to make up for this issue. No response from Cacho. Cacho then goes and blocks me and takes my $100 deposit. Very disappointed about this kind of attitude. It's a shame because he has the talent but the kid clearly needs to learn about customer service and showing a little empathy at times.Service: Tattoos

I got tattooed by Romeo and the experience was great. The tattoo is healing perfect so far and I couldn’t be happier. You really do pay for what you get. He has a light hand and really is a master at his craft. I would recommend to anyone! Update: tattoo is fully healed now and looks just as fresh as the day i left. thank you

I've been in for tattoos 3 times already , and I love this shop. It has such a clean environment, it really makes you feel comfortable, I have no complaints with the tattoos I've got from Romeo he isn't only a great tattoo artist but he's genuinely a nice cool guy. You really do get what you pay for when you come into his shop, and he actually puts his own opinions and ideas into your art , he's very creative and helpful, he just makes the whole experience better. I'll be coming back for my 4th appointment in a couple weeks I'm definitely stocked !

Romeo was one of the nicest's guys I have ever met, the other staff member in the studio was also very friendly. The studio was such a nice atmosphere and area having music playing, bottles of water and things to do while you wait. Romeo was quick to write up what I wanted and made sure that everything was right before making it permanent. Romeo was easy to talk to and great when it came to making sure I knew how to take care of my tattoo. Would 100% recommend to anyone who is looking for a great place to get a tattoo

If you’re like me and you want a tattoo, but you’re terrified of needles, this place should be your go to! Ive been following Romeo’s work for a long time now, and when you’re putting someone’s art on your body you obviously want it to be absolutely 1st class, industry leading, perfection. Perfection is exactly what I got! Not only was Romeo’s work and artistry amazing, but the shop is really chill with a totally calming atmosphere. Completely worth the flight from Denver! Will absolutely be back!
