California Hardwoods is a 100% California based company that is a purveyor of organic, sustainable high end furniture. Out of respect for our forests and the environment, we only use salvaged trees, which are purchased from local farms, cities, and private property owners. All the wood in each of our designs are salvaged, milled, dried, and hand crafted in California. We also favor the incorporation of repurposed metals and other salvaged materials into our designs.
California Hardwoods hand crafts each piece with respect for the natural grain and form of the tree. Our artisan woodworkers strip away the bark by hand, revealing the natural live edge and the organic geometry of the wood. We aim to redefine what it means to bring true natural beauty into your home and workplace. All California Hardwoods designs are available in custom dimensions, custom finishes, and in a variety of native wood species such as Claro Walnut, Bastogne Walnut, English Walnut, Olive, Maple, Cedar, Redwood, and select species grafted together.
