We came to Hauser’s Patio to get some swivel/rocker chairs fitted with new slings. We had done this work ourselves in the past, but it is very hard work, and easy to damage the chairs. I chose and bought slings from a different supplier online, but Hauser’s were very happy to work with these. The first thing that I loved was the pricing. Pickup and delivery of 6 chairs for only $95. Then fitting the slings was $60 per chair. When we did the work ourselves, it took at least 3 hours per chair for 2 people unskilled, but with the right tools – stretcher bar etc working on it. So, $60 per chair seemed very fair. Jesus and Nathan came to pick up the chairs. They wanted to come earlier than our original appointment, but they were very good about communicating and working with our schedule. They were very careful, friendly and respectful of our property. They were also very helpful in making suggestions for any future repairs that we may need. They got work on the chairs as soon as they got back to their workshop. I called Hauser’s a couple of days after the pick up, to check on my understanding of the pricing. I was greeted by a very friendly voice Jeremy and given confirmation of the pricing, plus an update on the progress. Nathan was working on our project, and was almost done. I was amazed! It turns out that the friendly voice belongs to the owner – not often that the owner answers the phone in a business like this. Kudos to him. A day or so later, our chairs were returned to us. Pricing was exactly as quoted, with a few extras for replacement of broken plastic parts. Excellent service. The chairs will probably need recoating in the near future and the delivery guys were able to give us a very rough estimate of how much that would cost for aluminum powder coating. Really good service all around, and we are very happy with Hauser’s!
We could not be happier with the service and product we received from Hauser Patio. We re-slung 4 bar patio chairs and their price and assistance was outstanding. Cutting measurement directions worked perfectly. Huge thanks to Jeremy for patiently online chatting with me and giving me several tips before the purchase.
I placed an order for outdoor dining chairs via Google as my local vendors didn't have the best prices on what I needed. The shipping timeframe didn't meet Google's deadlines so they cancelled the order, unbeknownst to me. I phoned Hauser's and they graciously offered to complete my order directly with them, updating me on the shipping timeframes from the manufacturer. As another small business owner myself, I appreciate their timely responses, kind and professional demeanor, especially at year 3 into Covid delays on shipping & receiving. I received my beautiful new chairs 3 months out, right around when expected & just in time for Seattle summer weather! Thanks Hauser's for the great service & beautiful new patio furniture.
Stopped in to Hauser’s fairly close to closing time. We were so happy to find a patio set that checked all of our boxes for design and comfort. Jonathan made sure we didn’t feel rushed and was great answering our questions, printing us specs, and sharing details about the set. Since we needed to go home and measure, we said we would return the next morning. Jonathan was there and again, he was so friendly, professional and accommodating. We ended up finding the perfect rug, too. We will definitely go back to Hauser’s when we are ready for an articulating umbrella. Their selection looked good. Equally important is how well we were treated. Jonathan and others we encountered there were terrific.
Ready for summer with our new Treasure Garden Sunbrellas. Thanks to Jonathan and team for the friendly service and for going the extra mile to help us out. The umbrellas look beautiful and we couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.
Hauser’s is a great commercial out door patio store. Ordered umbrellas and bases. The sales team is very responsive and provided me with three different bids. The team makes it real easy to understand the different qualities of each umbrella and for our application we went with 9oz marine grade fabric with Desiree’s help. Thank you Hauser’s. I look forward to receiving the umbrellas.
First order of a patio umbrella from Hauser, it’s nice to buy local! Install was easy and service was great. Will use again.
Was told twice the order would be shipped in a couple days on May 1st and June 15th. On June 19th they advised me shipping changed from $45 to $191. Never ordering from this company again.
I had an amazing experience at Hauser’s Patio!! They have beautiful patio furniture and amazing prices! I recommend everyone to come get their patio furniture here. Elsa and Jesus both were very helpful and did their best to make me happy with my purchase!! They were both very professional and friendly. They helped me get what I was looking for in the budget I had which made me very happy! I look forward to my next visit!
What an experience. As soon as you walk into the showroom you are greeted with the sound of water Fountains and peaceful environment. The wide selection of beautiful furniture makes it challenging to stay focus. I want everything. But wait with their great customer service and experience the friendly staff is there to rescue you. I purchase my furniture today and amazingly I got it delivered the Same day.
