So I took a drive because it was just on the food network only to find the the specialty from the show is not available for a month or so. How do you not have what you are creating hype about. So we had the burger anyway and looked awesome but flavor just wasn't great. Place looks awesome and food looks awesome. Gentlemen at the counter was helpful and friendly. Maybe I'll try again someday.
I had the grilled chicken sandwich with curly fries and a side of sweet bites! The chicken sandwich is amazing. The sauce is great! The sweet bites are warm and surprise you as you bite into them. Definitely a ball of sugary goodness! I will definitely be back for the soft shell crab sandwich!
Fantastic place! The layout and decor was really cool, and the food itself was absolutely delicious. Definitely try the hotdog with chili, their chili is amazing. Also got the cool ranch doritos mac and cheese and ghost pepper cheese and chili loaded fries, would recommend both but the fries were pretttttty spicy. Also try the fried PB&J balls and cinnamon pecan fries for desert, totally worth it if you can fit anything after the other food!

All I can say is you have to try the food...AMAZING!!!! I want to write an essay on how good the food taste but the menu speaks for itself.

What’s not to love about Callahan’s? The nostalgic feel and the great food - and amazing innovative food at that!
Some of the best comfort food you can come across in the area. The staff is always super friendly - from the girl at the front counter to the cook in the back they always make you feel welcome. Everything I have tried off the menu has been awesome. The Cajun chicken sandwich is excellent and burgers are juicy and have that great beefy taste which I look for in a good burger. One of the main reasons I love coming here is their spicy chili and ghost pepper cheese. I love spicy food and their spicy chili and cheese are . I get it on a hot dog and of course the go-to "freight train fries". Ridiculously good.
First time here today and I ordered the hot dog with chili and cheese and it was out of this world. Their cheese sauce is so delicious. My boyfriend had his with chili, kraut and mustard and he enjoyed his. Will definitely eat here again and would recommend it to anybody.
