Absolutely loved this place! Went for the first time last year and was amazed by the selection. They were able to personalize my ornaments with names right there! Only took about 10-15 minutes and I absolutely adore them! Will definitely be getting ornaments for family from here again this year! Very great pricing as well!

Nice displays, overpriced but most importantly, customer service not very nice they are rude in my opinion. After a few rude “don’t touch” remarks, my kid started to cry.

Though overwhelming at first, this store is a wonderful place to shop for holiday ornaments and decorations.  They stock an enormous range of Old World Christmas ornaments, and you are sure to find several that reflect your hobbies and interests!  Their personalization service was also excellent -- we had our kids' names put on the ornaments they picked out, and we were able to pick them up after only a short wait.  The staff are pleasant and helpful.  Great place to visit!

Terrible service. I stood in line for 5 min. Not a single person in line around me The woman waves me over. I walk up someone cuts in front of me, instead of telling the woman to get into line, they tell me I need to.... you waved me over not the person who cut in front of me.

Girl with sholder length dark hair kept budding into our Conversation to say “Bye Felicia” to me incrediably annoying. If she sees this all i gotta say is i hope u get fired, merry christmas ya nasty elf. All the other workers seemed nice but she was horrible wont be coming back agian

Did not care for the smart remark from the lady with the shoulder length dark hair. I asked if they had one that actually said poppy on it like they do for nana. And her remark was no but you can get it written on it. “ it’s like kinda what we do.”  Really like obviously I knew that but the tone in her voice was unnecessary. Left and I will take my business else where.

Was so excited to see this store when I was visiting the MOA. Literally spent over an hour here. Incredible selection of ornaments and light up paintings which I had been looking for forever! Wish it was open year round!

One of the very best places to go if you're looking for something special for Christmas, it's unfortunate that the mall has to move them every year but it's always fantastic when they come back

Stopped in to purchase a personalized family ornament. Got to the register and was told they don’t personalize them? What is the point of selling a personalizable ornament that you don’t personalize?

Girl with brown hair made rude remark to my daughter saying she looked depressed and making fun of her. Will never come back. Wish i could give no stars
