Wonders Ice Cream - Mall of America

We went here with the family, ordered the strawberry smash. The regular size wasbig enough for my boys to share. The ice cream was rolled right in front of us, staff was attentive and helpful. The ingredients were fresh, the store was clean. We went to the dinky town location before and the service here was a lot faster. The seating was limited, only 8 chairs total, but you can easily find a place to sit on a bench somewhere else in the mall. One thing I noticed was that there was not a trash bin anywhere to throw our garbage away. Overall, we will definitely be back for the rolled ice cream.

A nice place to go! Busy and not busy in spurts! 7 for a small, 9 for a regular... You get about a 1/2 cup of actual ice cream so definitely a novelty treat. Tastes good though!

Fun place! Fun music! Great ice cream! The smalls are big enough to not leave you wanting more. They roll it in front of you while you wait it was fun to watch and the flavors are yummy!

I feel bad when they only have one person working since their job is time consuming and it can get busy fast so please tip if you go. beautiful food with a sensational taste. A must have if its your first time trying rolled ice cream.

Good options to choose from in terms of ice cream roll varieties, but there's a lot of room for improvement. Only four single tables to sit at with chairs that are as high as the tables themselves. Also, details of each ice cream creation option are so small to read unless very close to the cashier. Just feels like they're skimming on the very bare essentials for customer experience. Attention to these key details would go a long way here owners. Staff is very friendly and what you look for in a business. UPDATE: There's no trash can and people seem to sit on the floor while waiting for their order on my next visit. Pretty much unacceptable in the service industry. I'm shocked the owner hasn't done any improvements to this location. So disappointings so much potential here!

not a great experience. took about 15 min to get ice cream and there was no one else in the store. noticed unsanitary food practices, cross contamination, etc. didn’t take precautions when we mentioned a food allergy, they simply dismissed it and said it would be fine, but i would have preferred if they cleaned the metal tray thing & utensils, or used the clean one right next to it. the ice cream was okay in flavor. the music was way too loud.

You can watch your ice cream being made. It's definitely worth the wait, some of the best ice cream ive had.

A cool way to serve average-tasting ice cream that takes thirty minutes to get. We went here the day after Christmas, one of the busiest shopping days of the year. There were two people in front of me to pay and five people waiting for ice cream they had already paid for when I got in line. From the time I got in line until the time I got ice cream, THIRTY MINUTES had passed! It takes at least 3-5 minutes for them to make each ice cream, which would be fine but they only had two people working on such a busy day. Definitely won’t go back, and definitely wouldn’t recommend it. If you’re craving ice cream at the mall, go get Cold Stone instead. Way better and faster for cheaper.

Came by on August 22nd and was very upset with the service. The guy who took our order was nice but the 2 girls making ice cream were rude and seemed upset that we asked them to do their job. We were the only ones in there, so it wasn't busy. Music was also way too loud. Ice cream was really good, I had the coconut based vegan option and it was one of my favorites.

Mediocer, rude, wasted money. There was nothing fabulous about the icecream. We needed a minute to look at the menu and the cashier gave us an annoyed response. Once we were ready and stepped up to the counter they sure took their sweet time getting to us. If one of our group members had not already ordered and paid we would have just walked out. Just to note we were not here at a busy time. They stood off to the side just watching one other employee to avoid going to the register. Mediocre icecream that looks fun would not have stoped me from going back but the rude workers and loud annoying music makes this a zero return location.
