Not a good place for travelers, super tight, smalls lots and a lot of stupid rules. My lot was overbooked and of course the one that I got didn’t have power, spent the night with a generator and flew next morning. A lot of better places for the same money.Service: 1/5
I booked 3 nights, for my RV. At $130 a night. I asked Renee, if there was wifi. As I need it for work. I was told there was. It is gated, friendly people. Tight roads, took me 20 minutes, backing in. No "wifi", I asked about it, to no avail. I left a day early,and ask for a refund for that day. I was told no, 30 day notice required. I would not recommend this place for, traveling rvers. It set up for long term. How can you give 30 day notice, for lack of said, wifi. When you were told there was wifi. Disappointed.
We had a 40 ft motorhome and when we arrived after dark! we had a hard time backing into our spot. Tight squeeze with our slides out, but we made it work. Overall, it was a good experience, except what is up with the trash guys coming at 4 a.m.?! They were talking loudly and making crashing noises that activated our dogs. The pool was nice and the people here were very friendly.
Very nice place, I was reading reviews and most are saying there are no space for r.v’s that it’s like a can of sardines. That’s not the case there are very large properties with plenty of space. I stayed in a very large corner lot across from the park with my family in our 40ft rv with 2 vehicles and a boat on the property we were there for a month and had plenty to do. Our kids made lots of friends, there is a food truck with a good menu selection, and a beautiful spot by the marina to sit down and look at the sunset. I will definitely be coming back!!!
My experience so far has been amazing. I called this place and Alba helped me every step of the way, I am very pleased and happy with the spot she gave me knowing I was evicted from another horrible park in key largo because my son was riding a bike. This is a very family friendly oriented park with nice people and lots of amenities, not to mention the sunset by the hammocks fenomenal I will be renting for the year I am a resident now
Absolutely the worst campground we have ever stayed at. Arrived at 5 o'clock and tried to check into the site reserved for us which we paid in full for in September 2020. They had double booked the site and the person in the site arrived 1 hour before us. They booked and paid in January 2021. We were told either you like new site or you leave - no refund. We were put in a site that was awful. Next day we moved to another site that one of our group had been in. He had to move because he could not open his slides due to a carport and palm tree. The people in the office and security are rude, do not care, and cannot speak or understand English very good. Also, loud music and golf carts flying by. In addition there is no cable and can only pick up 2 Spanish channels over the air. You can get wifi depending on what site you are in.
Resort was clean,pool beautiful not much of a beach. Office staff could use a welcoming environment, instead they ask too many questions and this place is ok but I've been to better were you can relax. They must have a lot of trouble with people, security threw the whole place. Didn't feel safe, couldn't relax. Just finished cancer treatments and was my first vacation in 2 yrs .

Very disappointed in this campground. Not a good experience from the start! There were 6 RVs traveling together and this was the worst of our 6 week trip to Florida. We had made reservations 6 months earlier, but when we got there 3 of the group had been moved to different sites from what they reserved. One of our group could not even get their slides out due to the sites being so tight. Another got to the campground only to find someone else in the site they were booked for. It took about 1 ½ hours for all of us to get checked in to our sites. Staff was not the least bit apologetic. Simply said if you don’t like it you can leave! Wish we also had known this campground is really a community of mostly permanent sites with about 90% of residents being Latino. As the literature they gave us after we got there said we would see lots of the Latino culture. This meant LOUD music playing until midnight on the weekends, using microphones and loud speakers. And this was from the site right beside us! Also had problems using the laundry. Three of the six washers had out of order signs on them and the one I chose to use also would not work after I had put money in. When reported to staff it did not work, was told ,”oh, I meant to put a sign on that one, too!” WiFi and TV was nonexistent from our site. We even put down a $250 deposit to get box for cable and it still did not work. Needless to say, will never go back here!
I was surprised on how well kept this place is. Yes it’s a trailer camp but you have a fenced in kids park. Pool with very clean facilities. Kids having fun. You can dock your boat or use the ramp. Everyone was very nice and respectful. I was told that during the week there is less people around. We had no problem we had space and a cabana pool side . Make sure you try the food from the food truck. A lot of options.
