Just moved to this place and it been great so far, at least for now. Might come back to change this review if things changes. But Liz is great at what she does, she manages and attend to any issue right away with empathy and care. That’s hard to come by and please, keep the good work.
I absolutely loved living here for 2 years!!!! From Liz the manager, she’s amazing at handling your issues, and taking care of tenants needs and taking care of the beautiful property. I felt safe living here,I never had to worry about someone knocking on my door. At night there’s an amazing lady watching over the tenants and property. The most professional and amazing staff. That go above and beyond to help the tenants. Thank you!!!
If you’re looking for a place to stay that’s affordable, safe and clean, this place is it! Liz, the office manager, has always been so kind and helped me out whenever I need it. She’s great with communication and will help you with whatever you need or direct you in the right direction! : pool is very clean, they remodeled the buildings as well so everything is up to date. Thank you Plenty Of Places for making me feel safe in this environment
Do not underestimate these apartments. They are 10 minutes away from the Strip. Manager Liz is the most responsive and hands-on property manager I dealt with. The maintenance staff comes over same or next day. Plus, you can pay rent or make any requests on a free app. Also, the electric is included. That and the affordable rent make it a great value for the tenants. Recommended if you are tired of commuting or dealing with money orders. Good job!
My name is Milly. I am a tenant at Cambridge Vista at 1025 Sierra Vista Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89169. I boldly and deliberately walked into the office 5 years ago to introduce myself, meet our new manager Liz, and welcome her to our community. She smiled and spoke confidently; it quickly became obvious that she was friendly and sincere. I told her I was pleased she was our new manager. She has proven her intentions by bringing this property up to a higher standard. I have seen her in action and have learned to appreciate her tenant services skills. Liz has put together the best staff yet. Barb, our environmental services custodian is the hardest working female I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Barb routinely keeps this place looking attractive and inviting, inside and out. Clearly, she takes pride in her work. Martine, our Maintenance personnel, a multi tasker, eager to resolve tenant issues and safety concerns with property priorities. An asset to any team. It is because of Liz and her supported staff, that I have chosen to call this my home for the last several years.
I stayed here for 6 months. I had a hard time getting things fixed. My sliding glass door was installed backwards and can be opened from the outside. I tested this by climbing a pipe and hoping onto my balcony. I then was able to easily wiggle the sliding door off the locked latch and open it. Lucking that was fixed....after a month of submitting requests. Then when I moved out the office refused to give me my security deposit back saying thy had to repaint. Like I said I lived here for 6 months. I don't smoke and never hung anything up on the walls. I moved in and was told it had been freshly painted so their claim didn't make sense. It took 3 months to get my security deposit back. Overall, I think this is a lazy company. Liz is very sweet but unable to help with literally any request unless it involves getting money for her company. I needed a ledger. Sent a very detailed email so there wouldn't be too many questions. Lisa was also unable to help. She asked for my phone number which was on my file and documented in the email twice. Bottom line...if you like your money to be messed with and can put up with lazy and shady shenanigans you'll love living here! I wish negative 5 stars could be given.
Friends place wasn't all the great. And I saw a lot of junkies there. Also saw many doing drug deals and was startled by one who came and asked if I wanted to buy any white, whatever that is. Politely refused and started walking back to my friends place and was approached again, though this one was pushy and after a lot of saying no this one got angry and demand to know if we had any narcotics. Demanded to look in my purse and was getting grabby saying could hear pills and by then I had enough. Finally I got angry back told it only if you want to see how well my aim was and how fast I could draw and he or she finally backed off. I made my friend move.
Over 2 years here, don't work, I'm here all the time,very small complex,I know or have at least seen everyone,& funny the only good reviews, I've never seen those people, I'm sure it's the managers doing lol, she's the rudest person I've ever met,an absolute bully!! I'm moving directly because of her,no other reason,& I've never had a complaint or paid late,feel bad for the owners,when you call cooperate in long beach CA,thiere awesome,which has lead to more attitude for me from the manager,there other local properties,are just as clean & very fare rent,one on Domunt street,& Katie Court,live there,trust me, don't deal with this manager.The first time u stand up to the bully, you'll wish u didn't,& that's sad,we live here,not her!!
Super chill, quiet complex. Management is personable and quick to handle any maintenance requests. Affordable, clean, and close to downtown.
The property is extremely well maintained by Barbra and Martine. The front office manager Liz super polite, helpful, and prompt when you need something!
