I purchased the wrong item and returned it and got the correct item; there was a price difference but no transaction was given to refund the difference. I was sent on my way. The difference was less than $2 but the point is it was not honest. Small businesses need to cater in service and honesty so customers choose to stop there instead of down the street to big name stores.
