I’ve always been curious about this shop! I walked in and instantly felt boogie!!!! The store is beautiful, all the flowers are gorgeous, and the aroma is heavenly! Lorenzo and Matthew made my mothers bday with a breathtaking assortment and the packaging was fantastic! I never felt so elegant and boogie just buying flowers thank you Camelback Flowershop
Super disappointed in this shop. My husband ordered me flowers “from my kids” for Mother’s Day. He paid $180 for the picture shown. My husband was apologizing to me for how small it was… he called, because what he ordered online was WAY bigger and included other items. No help. My kids apologized to me, broke my heart. Meanwhile, for teacher appreciation I went to AJ’s, got 2 arrangements that were MUCH better and bigger for a fraction of the price. My husband and I will never give you our business again.
We have heard good things about this flower shop and that is why we chose them to do flowers for our friends 50 th birthday. 1. They dropped them off at the wrong place. 2. When we finally received them this is what found photos attached. We ordered 50 white roses I provided photos what we wanted And didn’t get anything close to it and we got charged 560 dollars for this.
Very disappointed in this local store. I have been ordering from them for years and have LOVED all the the beautiful flower arrangements they have created over the years up to this point. My sister ordered me an arrangement for my birthday in Oct 2022 and I ordered myself an arrangement to give my home some added Christmas cheer. Both orders were >$100 and both arrangements were pitiful. I had considered posting this after my disappointing experience in October, but I wanted to give it another go. So I went ahead and placed the order this week and again am SO DISAPPOINTED. The arrangement looks as if a child put it together. In the past when I have ordered arrangements they were bountiful and plush with vibrant colors and varying textures. Both of these arrangements lacked the beautiful, abundance, and quality I received in the past.

I have shopped at Camelback Flowershop for years and always loved receiving anything from them. There is a presence and elegance that is undeniably their signature. Yesterday, I was fortunate enough to work with Elliott who helped me curate a special gift for a delicate life circumstance. It was an experience that went beyond “customer service.” Elliott and Camelback Flowershop you are exquisite. Much love.
I cannot recommend this florist enough! I am from Pittsburgh, but ordered a few arrangements for a bachelorette party I hosted in Phoenix. Everyone at Camelback clearly communicated with me throughout the entire process. Everyone was warm, kind, and most importantly - executed my vision to absolute perfection. My social media was flooded with compliments about the flowers. They truly blew all of my expectations out of the water. They are an absolute joy to work with, and they will be the best decision you will make for your wedding or event!
Since moving to their new location I feel like the quality and longevity of their flowers have gone downhill. The last two arrangements I’ve bought here have lasted about 32 hours. Pretty disappointing. Save your money and make your own arrangements at Trader Joe’s for a fraction of the cost!
The best floral arrangements in the valley! Every time I need one, Camelback is where I go and they always deliver. Photo is a set I got for Thanksgiving. I also wanted to give a shoutout after another great customer service experience I had yesterday when dropping by to pick up a few gift items. Ashia greeted me right as I walked in and helped me find what I was looking for, then Miranda gave some additional support for a team effort... much appreciated!
I have had a total of FOUR bouquets from Camelback Flowershop. The designs and uniqueness of the bouquets are beautiful and impressive to say the least. The first bouquet I received was in November 2018 & lasted almost three weeks as I removed some pieces that had wilted or died and refreshed the water and trimmed the remaining stems. The second bouquet was purchased around a holiday V-Day and lasted less than a week for a total of 5days. I assumed that maybe due to the holiday the quality or the conditions surrounding such a common purchase, could have contributed to their early demise. I sent a message through IG asking if there were anything I could do to prolong their life I. The future ... no response. Another bouquet was purchased around March which yielded worse results of 2-3days of life, and no food was included this time. Regardless of the fact that I attempted to pay more attention to them in attempts to prolong the life/enjoyment, they were short lived. The final bouquet was picked up on the Friday evening before Mother’s Day weekend.... they were immediately given to me within 15 minutes of leaving the shop. No food was included, and half the bouquet wilted in less than 24 hrs by the next morning. My guy was so disappointed that his gift didn’t even last a day that I actually attempted to contact Camelback Flowers through the website. I never received any response. I am aware that for a bouquet to last 5days is on average what’s to be expected, but was incredibly disappointed by non response after reaching out to find additional care tips or an explanation as to the decline in quality. The images attached were of the final bouquet I received and show the blue bells falling off and the hydrangea wilted by the next morning. The roses and carnations opened immediately but I can get carnations and roses at a grocery store, so I was beyond disappointed.
