This flower shop has been the best in town as long as I can remember. Home made fudge in the winter, such a loving family friendly shop. Very classic and timeless and the arrangements are just beautiful.

I had an amazing experience with this florist. Tracy helped me out getting exactly what I needed in order to be able to make a spectacular wedding cake. Will use them again.

I received a floral arrangement as a gift and received it not to par, they went above and beyond to make it right. They offered me a new arrangement and made this experience painless. Thank you! The flowers are beautiful.

My bouquet, corsages, & boutonnieres came out AMAZING!!! the colors of my bouquet really stood out with my black dress!! They are quick with replies, super knowledgeable & they made my dreams a reality! They were also able to work around my budget & still put together exactly what I wanted. They were also so sweet when I was picking up!! Would absolutely recommend them to any of my friends and family!

They did great job surprising my wife at work for our anniversary. Kelly and her staff went out of their way make wife feel special . We got our wedding flowers done through Payne & Morrison and were so pleased how they turned out. I met with Tracy, gave her some photos I liked that I had found online, gave her some color swatches and she did a beautiful job! We had silk flowers done and they found beautiful, realistic flowers, berries and leaves to use. I love that since our flowers were silk, I can display my bouquet and in my home now. We also reused some of our cake flowers to decorate in our home as well!

The bouquet of flowers I ordered from Payne & Morrison Florists Inc were more beautiful than I expected. Timely delivery. All around thumbs up.

Went here after my abysmal time at 1800 Flowers. Payne & Morrison was beautifully attentive to my time. The entire team was full of life and was well versed in there craft! I have been in Phoenix for several years and have tried different shops for different things trying to find "My" places. Payne & Morrison Florists is officially my flower shop. I went in expecting another over priced under impressed experience and couldn't be more satisfied with the great pricing friendly service and of course beautiful flowers. My wife was so happy.
