Went in to have a battery changed in my watch. The young lady was friendly. She took my watch to the jeweler. WIth in minutes, it was fixed. I was only charged $10.00 for the battery and to have it put in my watch. Very reasonable. As we waited, we looked around the store. The only problem was you couldn't see any of the prices.

Was told it would be 4-6 weeks, when I ordered my engagement rings for me and my fiancé in August. I have already paid half for the rings. Called this morning to get an update and was told a couple of days. Got a call 45 minutes later, and they told me it would be 3-5 more weeks. Hopefully the rings are at least going to look like I ordered. Wouldn’t have been a big deal if they had given me an update that it would be a bit longer when I called them for the estimate, but they didn’t. When I asked why the timeframe changed, I wasn’t given a straight answer, but the girl who called me instead just said “That was my bad, I just assumed earlier” as if that was okay. Not impressed with the customer service.

My fiance and I shopped here for my engagement ring. Absolutely lovely people and the ring is gorgeous!
I took a watch in for a complete replacement of internals. It worked less than a week and blamed it on moisture, possibly from sweat, even though it had never been worn. Worse customer service I've ever experienced. CROOKS
It is a small shop, but they are very friendly and warm. Their jewelry is great too. They may not have exactly what you're looking for, but it's definitely worth looking here first.
I would highly recommend Camelot Jewelers. I came to Natalie with my wedding ring that had several unresolved issues from a different local jeweler. She was very understanding and made me feel very comfortable and reassured that they could fix the issues. She was extremely fair when it came to pricing and returned my fixed ring to me in a matter of days. I am very satisfied with the work that was done. This was a refreshing feeling after many poor experiences at other local jewelers. Camelot Jewelers will have our business going forward. Thanks, Natalie!
