Tracy and her staff have been absolutely phenomenal to work with over the years. Having bought everything from engagement rings to earrings and necklaces, they took the time to make sure I was comfortable and knowledgeable with every purchase. Tracy helped me pick out a nice stone and helped design the total ring. She kept in contact throughout the process. I couldn’t be more pleased with how the ring turned out. Wonderful guidance and service given by Carrie Newman when I had multiple rings sized and several ring prongs re-tipped. Repairs were done in a timely basis and at a fair price. Have recommended Tracy Zeller Jewelry many times to friends and relatives.

My husband and I bought our wedding rings and my engagement ring from here and we have been very satisfied with the service. Employees are fast, friendly, and helpful and the same goes for Tracy. Had some issues with my engagement ring that were handled well and resolved - would highly recommend them!
I was addressed as soon as I walked in the door, by one of the salesladies & Mrs Zeller herself. When I started to tell them what I was interested in, they both presented several options. While I was deciding, there was quite a friendly conversation bout my family. I felt very comfortable in their store & there were a lot of beautiful pieces of jewelry. I did purchase a pendant to put 9 birthstones on for my grandchildren. I will go back for some other pieces I'm needing
