The process is like you are in kindergarten! Person stands at the door and you are let in like a child. Come on act like adults!!!! You need to get help from San Benito. Very organized. Chairs and a system. Do yourself a favor and skip Wilson Road mess.
Went to county clerk's window. They were so friendly and helpful. Answered every question I had. Didn't take long at all.
Employee was very professional and knowledgeable of what I needed .

Very rude...... Called to ask question n lady that answered seemed so overwhelmed! Upset already n snapped at me as soon as i called... I was so sad....
I know government offices aren't the easiest to deal with. I didn't catch her name but the lady that helped me out over the phone was helpful. She gave me prices on vehicle sales tax and title transfer fees. They need to hire more like her.
They are fast and courteous. I like that they have a fast drive-thru. I go there for auto tag renewals.
Security you have at the Door very rude and unprofessional I went in for my disability taggs
Waited 3hrs in line to be told I needed to have come thru 1st lane and had to come back another day-disappointed
