Camino Villa Mobile Park

Not a bad place to live. It is a trailer park with well kept grounds and pretty quiet. They do have strict rules and some fees that everyone doesn't agree with, but I rather have strict than just anyone on the property and so forth. It does have a pond in the back for fishing more like a lake it has bass, gar, catfish, tilapia and carp. Overall the rent is very reasonable and pretty decent park to live in.

A very big Park and lots of good spots to put your RV at but there is a waiting list and from information that I did receive there's always a three to six month waiting list. Good price. everything from shopping for clothes shoes to donation going out to eat stuff like that everything is pretty close by.

I never thought about moving in a mobile home, but the staff there gave my husband and I a change of heart. We have falling in love with the place and staff, we look forward to Dec 1st. The staff is very helpful and kind. They took the time to help me with near by school info and has made our move pleasant instead of stressful. Thank You Camino Village Staff!!

I have lived at camino villa mobile home park for 3 years. It has been a very good place to live. Quit. Good neighbors all around me. No problems at all. Realy peaceful place to live . very good neighborhood ! Iv never had one problem or issue ! It is a very good nice place to live . i very highly recommend it .

Want to charge for everything! Extra parking is $35 and rent increases by $25 every year ! No playground for kids ... management always driving around trying to see what people have so they can fine you !.... no lighting around the park and they claim to no not being responsible for anything that happens in the park but they are charging everybody $35 for a parking spaces that flood and is bumpy and they dont have any money to place camaras where all those cars park just in case someone crashes your vehicle ! Horrible !

Good place to live very nice. But watch out for the rain. There is a very nice big pond but it will flood if it rains to much.

I have friends there. As I understand it the park is very strict with rules. At times it makes it hard to visit. As good as the grounds look, being strict is the best way to go.

Went to visit some friends and I absolutely loved the place it so nice and peaceful .... Went to the office to ask about renting a lot and the lady in the office was very helpful and nice ..highly recommend this place .

Excellent place to live. Maintain property, quiet park and very good nanagement.

Great location, can't beat rent prices and management is very professional and friendly.
