I come here often to visit my sister and her family. I have noticed they upgraded the park area. There is lots of things for kids to do at the park. I've never rented here so I'm not sure about the lot rent or anything. I haven't noticed or heard of anything bad happening there so I believe the crime rate is low which is great!! Great little area to raise your family.

This place use to be awesome! Now you have to watch all the damn Crack heads. Ppl up the street stright stole yard decorations from my yard, and then had the nerve to put them up in their yard! I see the police here all the time. I have had to confront child creepers going up, and down the street when the kids are waiting for the bus! Villa Dr. is the wild west!

This place is a JOKE! Don't trust these people. Takes advantage of the disabled.  Sold my girlfriend and I a so called "brand new mobile home" that's unlevel, floors are sagging and creaking really bad. The front door is so hard to shut due to unlevel home. Never received keys to the front door so we mainly come in and out the back door. Vapor barrier shield under home is not installed properly, leaving insulation and underneath home vulnerable to damage. Alot of plumbing issues/leaks. Very poor installation. When you let this company know how they did you they lie and say they will make it right. Then flat-out ignore you. Legal action is being pursued.  I gave this place to many chances to make it right. I can't wait anymore.

We come here for the playground with the kiddos. Overall fun experience. Quiet community. Friendly kids.

Holly is absolutely amazing. She addresses my concerns and she cares about making it a better place to live. She is firm and fair. I see some people don't share my opinion but I ask them to look at themselves and ask if they are doing what they should. My wife was in property management for 12 years I know the challenges of the position especially when trying to make positive changes to make the community better. Holly please keep doing your best, you will reap the rewards of a clean and safe community.

I live here.  It's not bad. The lot rent is very high for a trailer park though.  I would give 2 stars for the rent but I love the school district my son goes too. I don't have any issues with my neighbors.

Management is doing an amazing job keeping the streets clean and the leaves out of the drains. I hope to have potholes fix on villa dr. But other than the pot holes ..the park is quite and i love the kids park great for the kids .

As I said 2 months ago our lot rent went up again in January but that was suppose to be 480.  Without any notice to us they decided to add trash now and storm drainage which now makes lot rent 499.  This next portion of review was 2 months ago. Lot rent going up again in January. Street lamps out all over park. Called electric company they said it is the parks responsibility.  They want to charge you for everything under the sun but wont fix street lamps because they are expensive. One of the streets is almost completely black at night and is a safety issue do to some shady people roaming the the streets all hours of the night. If you can charge over a hundred dollars more for lot rent then any other park around you can make it safer to live here.

I just recently moved back here in October, and Holly the office manager is very nice and easy to talk too, she asked me and my boys if we need any Christmas assistance and is always friendly . I’ve had a few small things I needed done around my trailer and she was quick to have the maintenance guys fix them for me. She’s very nice and I love this community!
