Amazing customer service. The owner is super caring and nice. He will take care of you and help you find what you need to get into Airsoft. I always come here for bbs or attachments or mags. I've purchased a 1911 tac and it's amazing, and he has helped me with all the problems I've had with it. 6/5 stars if I could give him that. Best airsoft store in Vancouver.

These guys are amazing! Great selection and super polite and helpful. Prices are decent in comparison to others, and you can also order online if they don't have what you want in stock, or they offer to bring it in from another store. I purchased a gift for my son the other day and when I got home I realized that I had accidentally purchased a duplicate of something he already had. Technically this item was on the "final sale". We brought it back in to them a few days later and they were so kind and allowed us to exchange it and then helped us find the other 2 items we needed. I was quite distraught when I realized this item he already had and it was final sale, since this would have affected his bday as I don't have a lot of $ to waste. It was over 120$ so t would have made it so he didn't really have much of a gift for his bday. This was so kind of them to go above and beyond and make sure he had a good bday. We will be back for sure! Thank you so much! And to everyone else, definitely go in and check it out. They're awesome

Very friendly staff, customer service was amazing, I went in without knowing much about what I was looking for and they helped me out got me all set up for my camping trips for a lot of fun, 100% recommend this place, I got to try a whole bunch of different guns and they pulled out so many things here and there to show me to make sure I had everything I wanted and needed. All around great atmosphere and service, will be going back for sure to get more ammo soon

The staff here is very nice and helpful. They have massive selections at reasonable prices and you can also try them before purchasing. Highly recommended.

Always friendly staff, very knowledgeable and helpful. Tell them what you're looking for, they'll get you exactly that- fast too. The store is more compact now, because they added a section for camouflage clothing and army jackets. Despite this store looking small from the exterior, it's not too bad and has a wide selection of both Airsoft and BB guns. Cool store, good experience

BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK. When I purchased my air soft gun Elite force 1911 tac, I was pleased that the person who sold me the gun, said that I could come back if anything happened to it and exchange it for another gun or for inside credit, he also said “it says 15 days, but don’t worry about the date.” So I brought it back 3 months later and he said no. I understand that it was 3 months, but he said that I could bring it back any time and he would make the exchange. He refused.

My and my friend bought guns from here today and received the best customer service. A guy named Oscar and a girl named Aleefa were the ones that were helping us. They showed us everything even though we kept asking to see a lot and were smiling and enjoying their jobs the whole time. These 2 were very nice and caring and helped us a lot.

Went there today and was shocked at how beautiful the store was. Gorgeous displays and super nice staff. They were really patient and gave me a good deal too! 10/10 will be returning!

Went this morning for the first time, wanted to buy some BB guns and accessories. Oscar the Store manager was there and he help me find the right guns for my needs. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and highly professional, he also gave me some good deals on the price too. I strongly recommend Camouflage Mitiltary Surplus, they got a great selection of everything you need and beyond, for airsoft, BB guns, tactical gear and for all the accessories that goes with it that's the place to go!
